Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for our family of three. We didn't need a big space as we spent most of our time at the beach and with friends. My only complaint is that the people staying next to us smoked outside their place and we could smell it coming and going and sometimes in our place.

Excellent location

There are so few properties around Corpus where you can walk to the beach! We even had a small view of it from the porch. The location was great, pool was lovely, and condo itself was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this spot. The only downside was loud upstairs neighbors, but that can’t be helped. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely

My husband and I had a funeral to attend Monday and took a much needed respite with our little dog. I own a small janitorial service and was shocked there was absolutely nothing needed cleaning. Your cleaning staff does excellent work. And we enjoyed meeting our snowbird neighbors. We hope to return.

Perfect beach stay!

With in walking distance of the beach. Comfortable bed. A little confusing on check in when listing says you’ll receive check in information day before and we received it when the room was ready, but it was super simple to check in. Bring extra towels. There was 1 towel per person and with the humidity if you took a shower in the morning it was still wet at night. Make sure to take the trip to the jetty to see the sea turtles!
