Mornings are magical as the sun breaks over the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. On the balcony, you can savor a glass of wine while watching the sky's masterpiece unfold.

A beautiful ocean view of the Gulf of Mexico, over the dunes, and a pool view from the living room, dining, kitchen and balcony of this Beach Front Condo awaits you. And you are far enough away from the pool area to mitigate pool noise. This unit offers a king size bed in the master bedroom with an updated and very spacious, tiled walk-in shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area with built-in bunk beds for the kids. A 55” flat screen HD TV in the living room with DVD and discs, and a 20" flat screen in the bedroom. The round glass topped dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 3 more at the breakfast bar. Unlike most 1 BR units, this unit has a remodeled vanity sink, luxurious walk in shower and toilet room apart from the master bedroom with interesting artwork throughout. Games (Scrabble, chess and backgammon) and some bestsellers are available for your enjoyment. Light porcelain floor tiles brighten even a rainy day and a dehumidifier is provided to add comfort.

Aransas Beach

C’mon spend a few bucks.

The property was great as advertised and the 2nd floor deck was great but it had the cheapest plastic outdoor furniture you can find at Walmart. C’mon spend a few bucks and let visitors enjoy the view in comfort.

Girl Friends get away

The condo was great, even for 3 adults. Kitchen was supplied well enough for us to cook our meals each night. A short walk to the beach. The location was what we were looking for during this time of social distancing. We felt far enough away from other groups and walked for long distances without seeing any large crowds.

Newly remodeled unit close to the beach!

This is exactly what we were looking for! A newly remodeled unit close to the beach in a resort setting. Unit was beautifully redone and comfortable. It was also very clean with a spacious living area and huge master bedroom.. The east walls upstairs and downstairs were all windows with light filtering shades, but the shades are not room darkening, so there’s quite a bit of light coming through in the mornings. We had two private balconies that overlooked the ocean. Outside there were three large pools and a hot tub. We accessed the beach through a private boardwalk that crossed the dunes. The condominiums are quite a ways from town, so the beach is not very crowded. It is much closer to the beach than it looks in the pictures. We will be back!
