The place was very clean and neat. Indoor games were available in the place for the kids which was great. Pet friendly is a must for our travel and we were glad to have found this place to stay.

Nice place.

The place was nice and clean. Only issue was the A/C unit dripping through the rusty panel above the shower and the cold water would land on you while you showered and left rust stains on the tub. Otherwise the place was clean and in decent shape.

Things were clean and property was more less as expected. Review sent to Vacasa as well. The code to get in and out of the unit could have been easier and to know instructions to turn lock; not provided in check in instructions; Customer service rep assisted us to get in the unit upon calling them. The building number would have been useful as well. We have stayed in multiple units over the years so we had a good idea which building it was then just needed to find the unit number. They were notified of water leak from unit above when they would shower as it would drip rapidly into our unit's shower; appeared to have been happening just do not know if they knew about it. Ceiling fan glass was loose and could have fallen; I tighten so it would not fall on us while there. Over all good stay like normal as we love the amenities Beach Club has and proximity to the beach.

Great condo

This is an excellent condo with great access to the lake to fish and to the wonderful pool. Furniture was nice, especially the bed and the linens. This condo was very up-to-date with granite countertops and it has a huge walk-in closet for storage of suitcases to keep things out-of-the-way and nice and neat. Appliances worked well. Great patio to just sit and chill outside. Parking is reserved by condo so you were guaranteed a close space for easy loading and unloading. We will go back to visit our kids and choose this condo. Applause for the owners and Vacasa.

Great 👍🏻 lace near the beach

My 2 teenagers and I loved the place. The location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and my son said the fold out sofa was comfortable too. It had everything we needed. If I am not-picking, the coffee maker should be replaced, as the hot plate part is rusted. Other than that, we loved it. Hope to be back soon

Great Find!

Truth is we’d rather keep this gem a secret just for ourselves, but it’s too good not to share! The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely. The great layout maximized the space. The wood-look tile on the floors and granite countertop in the kitchen were current and beautiful. The bathroom is not updated, but still very nice. Shower was good and hot with great water pressure. The location was excellent with only a short and enjoyable walk to the beach. We took walks on the beach and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the beach. So glad we only live a couple hours away! We will most definitely be back as soon as possible. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Stay

Enjoyed our stay but could use a little more upkeep. We had an issue with the smoke alarm at check-in and the the tv on another occasion, the property manager was very nice and came right over both times . She was great. Would stay here again.

Great Condo!!

Absolutely loved the cleaniness of Condo and facility. Great location and minutes to shopping, dining and the beach. We will stay here again and hope this condo is available, we got lucky when we booked last minute during Spring Break. The Owners are very responsive and did a great job at making the condo feel and look like a home. Pets are welcome and that is huge plus. They even leave a dog bowl dish and nifty little dispenser to pick up after your fur-babies. Great for short or long stays.
