Island get away

Our stay at this location was wonderful. The condo was covert clean and had all the extras we needed to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable and we can’t wait to come back!

Clean, but older property.

Property was very clean. Nice place and it is close to the beach. I would stay here again, just not when I take a bunch of fishing gear. The unit is on the second floor and we had to unload and load my pickup every day. But, for a beach get away it is nice. Property is older and has expected wear and tear, but was clean and a/c worked great. Bed was not very comfortable, but it did not keep us from sleeping.

Nice place

Should you feel the need to visit Corpus Christi this is a nice place to stay. Only draw back is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Great spot!

I wanted to find something close to the beach for our family Spring Break vacation - this spot was great! Plenty of room and great options to be able to make a few dinners instead of eating out the whole time. Really clean and easy to get around to different beaches and within 30 minutes to the Lexington and Aquarium. Would definitely recommend for other families!

Great spot!

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the spacious area. The bed in the master wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't terrible. The location was perfect and the condo was in great condition.

Great location with an awesome view.

The condo was in a great location near a park. The balcony had an awesome view of the bay. The only issue was the condo had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival and the sliding door was stuck and hard to open.

House was great when you got inside.

The house was great for me my wife and 4 kids. There is a lot of mosquitos and a couple coyotes around there that we didn’t know about.

Great location!

The property was clean and in a great location. The only issue we had was it rained the whole time and when we tried the tv it was very staticky, which was probably due to the bad weather. Overall we liked the property.

Great Fishing trip relaxing beach get away!

This condo is a perfect get away for two!! We enjoyed the bay water views from the living space area and liked the open space area!! Truly enjoyed the morning coffee on the patio!! This area is very quiet which is a nice break from the beach!! Very relaxing!! However I would suggest doing an upgrade for the furniture!!

Nice Space!

It was a nice space for a group of four. Large rooms and bathrooms. The building is now painted blue so that threw us off a bit when we were looking for it!

Convenient and comfortable

As I told management company, there are some maintainence and cleaning issues that should be addressed, but it is convenient for stores and restaurants. Even though it was windy, it was nice to sit on balcony. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Texas bound

It was great except for I didn't realise in Texas they had flying cockroaches but the property manager was super nice and sent somebody out immediately it wasn't their fault I had left the door open over all it was a great stay I will be going back
