Parking & Policies:
1. VW 36 Includes two parking spot, parking passes required
2. No street or red zone parking; vehicles must remain in driveway
3. Boats, trailers. RV`s, and buses are prohibited. Towing is enforced

Check-in: Check-in begins at 4pm, but exact readiness depends on housekeeping and maintenance efforts.
Starter Supplies: Your stay starts with essentials like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and basic toiletries for one night. Bring additional items for longer stays.
Construction Notice: Port Aransas is known for ongoing projects and improvements, so the occasional sound of progress might be part of your stay
Connectivity: WiFi is provided as a convenience but Port Aransas does experience outages. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WiFi
Pest Control: While mosquitoes and pests can appear throughout the year, the island does experience a more robust amount, professional pest control is maintained for each property.
Security Note: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in place of a security deposit.
VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 2 parking space on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
5. Two pets maximum.
