This house was family friendly and had plenty of space for us to spread out or just the right amount of space to eat and play dominoes together. Convenient to have your own dock to fish off of. Check in/out was very easy and we cannot wait to come back.

good place

everything about this place was good the only thing is that the switches for the upstairs room and hallway did not work.no light and no switch for celling fan it did not work but those were just small things other than that it was a good place to stay

Was not pleased at all with the stay.

Location was really the only thing that was good. Property needs to be cleaned up better. Laundry couldn't be used due to dryer not being connected. Washer had moldy towels in it. Black mold is growing all over laundry room. Rail on deck is very loose, patio tables and chairs where dirty, grass needs to be cut. Several of us got stickers in our feet. I would like someone to call me 469-474-4556

I'm not picky, but the upstairs shower is clogged and tends to drain onto the bathroom floor. The ac unit has a mind of its own, unless it's controlled by the home owner. The wash machine was full of wet towels and we didn't notice until day 2 of our stay. Don't know if the cleaning crew forgot about them. Also dryer handle is broke, so we couldn't use that either. Overall... Great location and we enjoyed our stay as a family.

Not that great

It was very dirty. We received an early check-in so we arrived early and the door didn't work and was told the message was a mistake so we had to just sit around for 3 hours. House was nasty and had a very bad smell. Location was awesome but it ruined it when you went inside. All rooms upstairs had fans because the light switches, ceiling fans, and A.C. didn't work so it was uncomfortable.

We experienceed a great inconvenience!

Our unit had a shower pipe break that caused a leak all the way to the bottom floor that forced us to be moved from the property in the middle of the night. With kids in tow we had to pack everything especially all the groceries that we purchased plus our belongings. I have requested a partial refund but have yet to have anyone reach out to us regarding this inconvenience.
