Review

It was hard to find, but once we did, it was great. The views were incredible. My mother, whom is in a wheelchair, could not get around the complex that well the rest of us as there were areas that were not acceptable with a wheelchair. Also, the water kept shutting off when showing. That was problematic.

Awesome Condo, Loved The Balcony

We were very happy and pleased with this condo. It is nicely decorated as the photos show. We loved the balcony, where we spent our mornings having coffee and our evenings simply relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. The host and staff at the property were all very friendly and most helpful. Everything was very clean in the condo and on the property. Only suggestion would be to add in the list of amenities THERE IS A KEURIG, which we loved. We will most certainly be returning and would highly recommend this property.

Family getaway

Costa Crinks surpassed my expectations! The condo is located on the 2nd floor of Aransas Princess with a view of the ocean and one of the property’s pools; there’s a large patio to enjoy morning coffee. The unit was perfect for our family of 5 ages 15-89. There are two large bedrooms with toilet/shower combination and two living areas with sleeper sofas; the entryway living area has another toilet/shower. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. A full sized washer & dryer with detergent was convenient. The condo is updated throughout and decorated so beautifully. The property has two pools, and multiple outdoor sports courts which were fun for my teenagers. Location is convenient by vehicle or cart to downtown Port A and walking distance to convenience store/gas station, and golf cart rental. Kim the owner was highly responsive and graciously extended our stay. We would definitely return here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, right off the beach and lots of close shops in town. The pools on the property are nice and clean. There's a basketball and tennis court as well but you'll need to bring your own equipment. Kim is very sweet and responds quickly to questions . Hope to be back next summer!

Awesome experience

This was our first time to Port A and first time to rent a condo! With 6 kids ranging in ages from 4-9 and 2 adults it was perfect! Having a washer and dryer and the comforts of home made the stay even more enjoyable! Kim was an awesome host as well answering questions when needed! Thank you so much and look forward to our next stay!

Family beach trip

This was our second time staying at Aransas Princess but first time in this unit. We love the property and its location on the outskirts of town. The unit was well stocked and furnished, very comfortable and just right for our family. The underground parking space was a plus since it was beastly hot during our stay.. Kim was great to work with.

Condo is located walking distance from boardwalk leading to beach. Plenty of sleeping space. Great for entertaining. Beach and pool views, building clean and check-in very professional.

What an awesome property. Let’s start with the location…..amazing. It was close to everything……beach, food, and shops. We requested an early check in but ended up arriving a bit late due to traffic. The owners were super responsive. It was super clean and I loved how there was a wash cloth just for makeup. We loved the beach vibe theme. Super classy and well decorated. Only thing missing was an iron. I know, I’m at the beach what do I need an iron for? We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful decorated condo with beach view

Beautiful decorated beach condo as soon as you walk in it will calms your soul. The check in was very easy and loved that the place is very secured. The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we drove up. You get assigned parking in a parking garage. There are luggage carts to help get belongings to second floor using elevator. Once inside the beautiful very clean well decorated beach condo you feel right at home. The layout, colors and decorations put you in relax mood. The highlight is the balcony with a breath taking view of the ocean and the sound of the ocean breeze, I knew I made the right choice of where to spend time with family. Everyone loved the short walk to beach and pool right outside to enjoy. The king size beds were extremely comfortable also decorated in ocean colors. Kim provides extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom showers and tub combo had bold ocean colors. Kim also had a well stock bathroom of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotions that smells very good. Kitchen is equipped if you like to make a meal, drinks or whatever your family desires. The nice size icemaker was the hit. I would stay again in a heartbeat and advise my friends and family members to enjoy Kim's awesome place.

Pre-Thanksgiving stay

Beautiful condo situated on the water. Stunning views with everything you would need including a KEURIG coffee maker. I didn't know this when booking as it wasn't listed in the kitchen items. So if you love coffee then you'll be happy to know there is a Keurig so bring your Kcups. The Maytag ice maker was awesome for our mixed drinks. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails outside. Some maintenance currently going on with banister replacement throughout the property but I don't imagine it should be going on much more than another couple weeks to a month. We really loved it here. Will be back.

Great Stay!

We rented this place for my sister & her family of 6. They absolutely loved the condo & how close it was to everything in Port A. Owners were excellent at checking in & wishing us well. The condo was very well outfitted with everything they needed & communication thru all the little informative notes was incredible! Thank you for creating such a great space for our families memories!
