Perfect Place for a quick getaway!!!

The condo was perfectly outfitted for two people. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with all the necessities. It was very clean and cozy. We also loved how close it was to the beach. The ease of checking in was also a plus.

Loved everything!!!!

Great location to beach. Was very quiet in the complex. The rental was clean and very comfortable. We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the best accommodations. We will be looking to book again when back in Corpus Christi.

Nice!

Great location, cute place with excellent amenities! So glad that we were able to bring the pet family. Locals that live in the complex were so friendly and we even were able to participate in happy hour (yappy hour aka) with their dogs. All over a great property!

I would stay here again.

The place was clean and contactless check in was nice. The host was quick to respond to our question. One thing that I didn’t like was that the hot tub was not on during our stay. The residents said they don’t turn it on until later in the season. This made it unusable in mid October as the water was very cold. Anyway, I would stay here again.

Great getaway

This townhome was very clean and modern. Loved the pier overlooking the bay and watching the mullet jump out of water. You can walk a little way to the beach but we chose to drive to the nearby parking lot. The main bathroom is downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs. This was a little awkward since we had taken our luggage upstairs before viewing entire unit. There is a half bath upstairs but you shower downstairs. This was a nice & quiet area and not “sketchy” at all. We hope to return and stay longer.

Made multiple attempts to connect and I felt like I was using an AI tool. No resolution. I sent a picture of the dirty linens and I shared that the toilet was clogged. There was no action was taken.

La propiedad está muy bien, nos gustó y está bien equipada. Solo que la limpieza es deficiente. Se pudo apreciar mucho pelo de mascotas en los muebles, camas y debajo de los muebles. El sofacama no olía bien y hay mucha humedad en la casa. Mi esposa sufre de asma y tuvimos que ir a Walmart a comprar accesorios, productos para limpieza y una aspiradora para limpiar los muebles, la cama, barrer, limpiar el piso al igual que el ventilador de la recámara. Hay una alfombra guardada debajo de la escalera y tiene mal olor. Deben mejorar mucho la limpieza!!

Apartment ok shame about management agency

Roomy apartment with double bed. Reported items missing in the kitchen to the agency via helpline they said the would replace via WhatsApp that day and then never turned up despite us waiting in all day and then ignored any other messages. An annoying problem not resolved and off putting if a major issued occurred at a Vacasa home ?

Perfect Location

Location is Perfect for a Beach Vacation! House sits on the channel, so bring your fishing rods & kayaks. Nice shaded dock for sunsets & bbq’s. Easy check in/check out, very clean & nice place only a few blocks from whitecap beach.

Perfect beach home for two

The unit was a bit smaller than expected but was perfect for a couple getaway. The canal is steps away from the front door and the grounds were kept very clean. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. I ran most mornings and the beach was .56 miles from the front door. Perfect location to everything.
