What a nice and comfortable place this was! We have been to Port Aransas many times and have used other properties. The first thing that set us off to a good start was the communication with the property. They responded quickly to the questions we had. The check-in procedure was a breeze. All the details were provided clearly. When we opened the front door, we were impressed with the space and furnishings. Then, there was that view from the deck. Wow!
Building front. The unit is on the second floor facing the steps.
Balcony view. The boardwalk is right next to the building. At this time of the year, there were several Monarch butterflies on those flowers.

Quick Beach Getaway

I was looking for a quick beach getaway for my family, and this place was perfect for a long weekend. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was super easy to get into town for food or anything we needed. Great spot to relax and unwind without any hassle.

Wow! Perfect location and property

We stayed for 4 nights here and loved it! Easy access to the beach and pool. The bed was super comfortable and we could watch boats/ocean from the patio. We are already talking about coming again!

Amazing condo for anyone looking

So i should begin with the accomidated our needs perfectly and last minute on a weekend. Everything shown in the add was spot on. The condo was amazing from cleanliness to security to location. 100% will not stay anywhere else when in south texas. Id give 100 stars if i could. Thanks again beach happy. We had an amazing stay.

Great location in an updated space!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 12-yr-old. It was the perfect size and a wonderful location close to a quieter part of the beach and near downtown. Beautiful sunrise views! It is not dark at night if you like/need dark, but we made it work. Also need your own beach towels. Managers were very helpful with check-in and check-out and recommendations for local businesses. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, but the MOSQUITOES!

Easy check-in. Beautifully decorated. Great view of the waves crashing and water with nice tall deck chairs. Comfortable bed. Good linens. It's as nice as the pictures show. BEWARE OF MOSQUITOES! We were unable to use the pool or grass areas due to being swarmed immediately. I had at least 20 bites within the first few minutes. For this reason alone we left the island early our last day. Few suggestions for a better stay: Shower water pressure was non-existent. Lacked the convenience of having any spices /condiments or basics like Tupperware or tinfoil. No beach towel/chairs/toys. When traveling it's inconvenient to bring or purchase those for a short stay. This is the first rental I've been out without those basics. Overall the unit was fabulous, but the bugs really made time there less than enjoyable.

Great Condo With An Epic View

This condo is perfect for those looking to get away, enjoy the beach and take in the amazing view from the balcony. Clean, well appointed and located close to town, you can't ask for more. Communication with Jim was excellent and he is incredibly receptive to any questions or needs. We love Port Aransas and loved our stay here!
