Its quiet cul-de-sac location provides parents a comfort level with children on bikes. Ground Level: Features a great rec room with 55 in. HDTV,a new pool table, wet bar with under counter wine cooler, full size refrigerator and access to pool deck. A Queen bedroom with TV, and a full bath are on this level. Mid Level: Has 2 Queen main bedrooms and a Queen room, all with TVs; a private den with Daybed with Trundle and a 32 in. TV; a room with Duobunk with Trundle, and a full bath. Top Level: Offers a large great room with gas fireplace, 47 in. TV/DVD with Bose surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen provides the tools to prepare a feast for all. A King main bedroom with whirlpool tub along with half bath complete this level. Amenities: Private unheated Pool, Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, WiFi, 8 TV (1: 55\' HDTV & 1: 47\' w/ Bose Surround Sound), 3 DVD, HD Cable, 2 CD/Stereos, Movies/Books, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Coffee Makers, Wine Cooler, Wet Bar, Whirlpool Tub, Baby Items: Pack\'n Play & 2 High Chairs, Pool Table, Basketball Goal, Picnic Table, Beach Cart. Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
