We enjoyed our brief stay this month. The hotel’s main building is beautiful, and the newer additions have comfortable, if unremarkable rooms. The restaurant was actually terrific, and the staff kind and helpful. Walls are thin, so we heard the hotel employees milling about all morning. I’d encourage them to take their conversation elsewhere from the sitting area in front of our room.
TV not working in our room( either had picture or sound but not both) notified reception advised 6 rooms effected but not repaired during our stay. Beds in relaxation room would not adjust as controls were broken. Relaxation room was cleaned and tidied while we were trying to relax !! I did complain and was given a small discount on the treatment cost.Towel on stairs to spa to catch a water leak. Spa is tired and needs repainting urgently. However staff were lovely, treatment was excellent and food choice and quality was good .Needs a residents lounge as we had no TV working in our room and the bar was full so missed the match !!
Jacuzzi room is overpriced for what you get. Running water was brown. Plug didn’t work to empty the jacuzzi to refill, was told by staff to use a spoon. Temperature in the room was awful, much too hot, no window for fresh air, no air conditioning.
A truly magical experience from start to finish. Warm welcome from checking in. Had a lovely surprise to be upgraded to executive room and lovely surprise in room with red wine and chocolate happy birthday plate for my husband. Bellini's for dinner was unreal and siva was an exeptional waiter who made us feel most welcome . Will definately be back.
Just a bit disappointed with the over all stay. Things not working properly (hairdryer, TV) and selection of food was small. Swimming pool disappointing and cold! Got the room at a good price but i would be hesitant to stay there again as it is not cheap normally.
Just back from a lovely weekend for my boyfriends birthday. Our entire experience from the minute I booked till we left completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you to all the staff from reception to bar, restaurant to leisure centre all were so efficient and friendly. We had dinner in the bar and food was amazing couldn't fault a thing!! Only wish we could have stayed longer, can't wait to return..Thank you all again for making our stay so special😁

3 days spent in this wonderful hotel. Can’t recommend this lovely hotel enough. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble we had a few little hiccups but still left longing to come back. Breakfast was lovely best mushrooms I have tasted in a hotel in years. 😘 spent a lovely afternoon in their spa yesterday and had a relaxing massage.... fab 😊 twin room was good, difficult to get an amazing twin room, peaceful restful hotel . Will be back as soon as possible. Thanks to all in the hotel but especially to Martin for his thoughtfulness on Sunday much appreciated
Stayed for one night here with family and had some spa treatments. We were all blown away by the quality of the hotel and spa treatments. Had lunch and dinner there as well, both of which were incredibly delicious. Staff were all so friendly and incredibly helpful from check in until check out. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a night away!
