HOUSE WITH GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL FOR EXCLUSIVE USE IN SALENTO, OTRANTO, LECCE

The property consists of a new villa built in 2015, over 1500 meters of garden with a beautiful swimming pool of 40 square meters for EXCLUSIVE use, a stone and wood porch for outdoor dining and dining and an outdoor barbecue for barbecues, all fenced which guarantees safety and complete privacy. Inside there is a modern dining room kitchen, two double bedrooms, as well as a beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower with rain shower head, all brand new. The house is equipped with all cooking equipment, TV and air conditioning.
Outside under the porch there is a table with chairs. The swimming pool has a low water area (about 20 / 30cm high) ideal for children, or to enjoy the sun immersed in the water, there are deck chairs and umbrellas and cushions above the platform for an aperitif at sunset.
To welcome you upon your arrival, you will find Salvatore and his wife Rosy, they speak excellent German and moderate French, they will lead you to Masseria Fanelli, they will help you arrange the bedrooms according to your needs and after explaining how the various technical devices will greet you, reminding you, however, that they will be at your disposal for any problem that may arise during the holiday. If requested, they will be generous with advice on where to eat, go shopping, show you which are the most beautiful beaches and the most beautiful places to visit during your holiday.

The house is ideal for one or two couples with children.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.

Nous remercions Alessio et son épouse pour l accueil qu ils nous ont réservé. Ils ont pris le temps de nous montrer la maison . Le jardin est tres sympa avec beaucoup D espaces , de beaux cactus et une belle piscine . Un petit havre de tranquillité et de paix . Je recommande .Merci aux propriétaires pour cette petite parenthèse de déconnection .

Good centre to visit Corigliano, Lecce and Otranto.

Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal.

Fantastic property, ideally located to visit Puglia

Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!

A wonderful place to stay

We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay.

Lovely stay at Villa

We really enjoyed staying at Villa. Salvatore and Rosy were great. Very helpful around the villa place was very clean and the grounds were beautiful and maintented immaculately. We had Rosy cook us dinner 1 evening it was very good and they were so gracious as they came over and served to us. The location is rather remote and local town our gps could not direct us around so were always lost with the one way streets. But is a good central location to explore the south part of puglia from.

Nice small villa in the heart of Salento

Nice property and place to stay. Made wonderful by the kind attention of Salvatore and Rosi who care about the house, the garden and the pool. The villa is placed in a good location to travel around Salento.

Tutto Bene - Everything Good

This was our first trip to Puglia, it won't be our last, having just returned home following a fabulous two weeks in the region, staying 12 days in Corgliano D'otranto, Villa Fanelli. The Villa is spacious, well appointed with everything you need and more to welcome you back when returning from daily trips exploring the surrounding towns and villages. Corgliano, a small town that comes alive during the evening had everything we needed and more, good restaurants, a fine patisserie, bakery and several small supermarkets offering good value, and is on the Metro Line. Villa Fanelli is ideally situated, between Otranto to the East and Gallipoli to the West, neither much more than a 30minute drive away, with beautiful sea views and historic culture. We must mention Salvatore and Rosy who maintain the property and who were our hosts living in an adjacent property. Myself and my wife speak no Italian of note, Salvatore and Rosy speak no English, though they both speak other languages fluently, how would we cope? Welcome Google Translate, it really was an absolute joy, they are two lovely people and we never had a moment where we struggled for words. They are discrete and non obtrusive but if you need them they are always there to help, also Rosy is a great cook and though never experiencing it ourselves we hear that Salvatore is fabulous at Karaoke! On arrival, with prior arrangement they indulged us with a fantastic meal, with lots of home made produce, wine and a special secret recipe to toast to, 'Salute'. We will undoubtedly return, the photo's on the website don't really do justice to what is a wonderful property, it's like a secret garden behind the wall and the large gates off the road. Home now, we are already missing the deep blue sky of Italy, the special memories of Puglia and the Villa Fanelli, the pool and the garden and of course Salvatore, Rosy and not forgetting Alber their lovely little dog who is partial to a sausage or two. Rosy et Salvatore, sont particulièrement accueillants, disponibles et attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes. Leur gentillesse a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.La location en elle-même est conforme à la description et bien entretenue. Elle bénéficie également d’une excellente localisation, idéale pour découvrir les nombreux sites touristiques de la région.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux. Très bon séjour, le cadre est joli et agréable. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois par Rosy et Salvatore. La communication était bonne et ont été très attentifs à nous. La piscine est bien entretenue. Le logement était suffisant. Nous étions en sécurité. Seuls point négatifs, les moustiques et par rapport à d'autres logements, il manquait un peu de nécessaire au quotidien pour la cuisine surtout quand on reste que quelques jours. Sinon nous ne sommes pas déçus, nous recommandons cette location. Merci pour tout.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le sud des Pouilles. Rosy et Salvatore ont été très accueillants, disponibles et très réactifs. En revanche, au vu du prix de la location, le linge de maison pourrait être modernisé, il manque une mise à disposition des gels douche, huile, vinaigre, produits vaisselle et produits d'entretien (habituellement présents dans les locations)...Un peu déçus de l'absence du lave-linge, mentionné dans l'annonce, même si un service de blanchisserie payant est proposé par Rosy. Nous sommes malgré tout très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und das Anwesen ist ein Traum groß ruhig sehr schön für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeber Rosy und Salvatore sind sofort da wenn man etwas braucht sei es eine Info oder hilfe bei etwas sie sind echt toll. Im Haus gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht nur eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht aber Rosy bietet einen Waschservice an. Ich kann es nu weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon wenn wir wieder bei Rosy und Salvatore sind.

Nous sommes une famille qui voyage énormément hiver comme été , nous avons donc la chance de découvrir pas mal de logement et bcp de rencontres … Mais ces vacances sont officiellement les meilleures, j’en suis repartie avec les larmes aux yeux, tout simplement car nous avons été reçu par 2 magnifiques personnes Salvatore et Rosy ❤️ Ils ont prit soin de nous comme si nous étions de leur famille. Un service incroyable, je n’ai d’ailleurs jamais vu ça … Le logement est un endroit parfait, pour être en famille ou avec des amis. Très spacieux, super propre, avec un jardin et une piscine incroyable accompagné d’un barbecue. Nous étions pas loin de bcp de villes que nous avons visité comme Bari, Monopoli, Nardo, Lecce. Bref nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci merci encore à Salvatore et Rosy et surtout à bientôt❤️

Nous étions 4 adultes et avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Belle propriété et très au calme. Un véhicule s'impose pour faire le minimum de courses et très bon emplacement pour visiter les Pouilles. Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Rosie et Salvatore. Sans hésitation, nous conseillons la bonne cuisine de Rosie malgré le quiproquo pour notre arrivée. C'est sans hésitation que nous conseillons cette villa et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion s'y présente.

Rosy and Salvatore are very adorable people. Helpful, authentic and very nice. The house is very nice: arranged with love, all you need is available. Mist above all: the wonderful garden with pool. We enjoyed every second. The garden is very well maintained! One day we enjoyed Rosy’s cuisine: delicious and a lot…too much for my stomach. we felt very sad to leave this place but we already decided to be back next year. A little oasis!

We spent a week at Villa Fanelli with our family of four and everyone loved it. The perfect base for exploring the whole of Salento. But the kids could hardly tear themselves away from the lovely pool and the little cats on the property. The house is not big, but has everything you need (if you need more space, check out Masseria Fanelli). You will spend most of your time in the beautifully landscaped garden anyway. Rosi and Salvatore are always there to help you and have lots of tips for the area. Thank you Rosi and Salvatore for a wonderful week!
