Ok lägenhet, 4 rum varav 3 av dem i större format.
Nackdelen med lägenheten är att det bara finns en toalett.
Väldigt lyhörd, väcktes på morgonen av trädgårdsmästaren som började klippa häcken med en bensindriven häcksax.
Hörs väldigt mycket på innergården.
Ligger väldigt bra, centralt, nära till Tivoli, Ströget och tågstationen
