First impressions on the hotel were very positive as it gave a stylish, upscale but cozy vibe. But we soon realized that the hotel was not very accessible to anyone with a cane or disablities. I was surprised that the front desk did not offer assistance in bringing our luggage to our room knowing how many steps and winding corridors we had to go through and our obvious limitations (we had canes). Otherwise, the amenities were great and in good shape due to what looks like recent remodelling,

The hotel was lovely andthe reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The location was the highlight! Tucked just behind the Nyhavn strip of restaurants and only a short walk away from some of the sights it was a great base to explore the city.
