Very cool studio apartment located in an old converted warehouse. It has an entrance with storage and clothes washing facilities a large bathroom with a shower and an open floorplan. The apartment also has access to a private terrace / urban garden. Super nice feature - especially when the weather allows you to sit outside. The property is gated from the street and lies secluded from traffic so there is peaceful even though you are in the middle of the city. There is supermarkets 50 meters from the property and lots of cosy cafes in the area. The property also has a common roof-top terrace where you can relax in the sun. Great apartment in a great property.
