The appartment is very centric near Havn coloired houses. The street is noisy at nights and the the cleaning is not perfect. Nevertheless it is a good place to stay for 5 people: large and comfortable

If you plan on sleeping during the night don’t stay here. If you plan on sleeping during the day this will be suitable. Party hub central and not suitable for families who sleep at night. Large groups of young party goers outside the apartment drinking all night/fighting/smashing bottles and into the morning 8am. Also situated next to a gentleman’s club (think goodness this was closed during our stay over Christmas week) Drains in the apartment bathroom left the entire apartment smelling terrible we had to use the kitchen to brush teeth. The apartment itself is very roomy for a family of four. Kitchen area is lovely. More attention required for the apartment- from previous stays a broken glass lamp was left on the floor and not removed ( bit of a hazard with children) assuming this was from the Lounge room as there was no light in the lounge area, and would have loved more than three toilet rolls for a family of four over a five night stay.

Great apartment in very central location. Walkable to all sites. Had problems with hot water but was attended to immediately.

NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES!!! Upon entering the property we were met with a sewer like smell, needing a lick of paint and initially very daunting! The apartment itself was clean, comfy beds and first appearance very lovely. Three main windows looking out on to the street. Two with curtains (bedrooms) main bay window no curtains so if someone sleeping on couch, no darkened room! DON'T THINK YOU WILL GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP - YOU CERTAINLY WILL NOT!!!!! Next door is a 'strip club' with many men vacating the area and 'hanging around' then as the drink kicks in they become louder and fighting with smashing glasses through out the night! Windows are not double glazed!! You hear everything.

The location is amazing and the apartment is fine, though there are a few things that could make it nicer (like ceiling lamps in all rooms). But the windows have only one layer and there can be a lot of noise from the street... even earplugs did not work and we had some sleepless nights. Also, the shower is a joke. It is broken and needs to be replaced.

Velbeliggende lejlighed, men detaljerne mangler.

Den ene seng var godt slidt. Smart-tv’et havde intet antennesignal og der var intet gardin/forhæng i stuen, hvor der var ekstraopredning. Ud over at det er svært at sove for gadenslys, samt lys om morgen, så var der flere lejligheder lige overfor.
