===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This newly renovated 162 m² apartment in the heart of the Inner City combines modern comfort and functionality with exceptional elegance and top-quality materials. The building has an elevator, but you can also easily take the stairs up to the 3rd floor.

Right outside the door, you will find some of Copenhagen’s most iconic landmarks. City Hall Square is at the end of the street, while Axeltorv, Axel Towers, and Tivoli are your closest neighbors. Shopping, bars, restaurants, and public transport such as buses, S-train, metro, and the Central Station are all within a few minutes’ walk. You also have easy access to the Lakes, Ørstedsparken, the Meatpacking District, and Strøget – the whole of Copenhagen lies at your feet.

The apartment is exceptionally well-designed with an open living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely, sunny balcony. The floors are covered with solid herringbone parquet with underfloor heating throughout the apartment, creating a consistently high level of quality and comfort. The kitchen is high-end and features a floating kitchen island with dovetail joinery, an integrated cooktop with built-in extractor, a wine cooler, and other premium appliances that make cooking a pleasure.

The kitchen opens up to a large dining area and a spacious living room with fantastic natural light and a smart TV. All three bedrooms have wardrobes, double beds (180 x 200 cm), and smart TVs. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, double shower, and double sink. An additional bathroom with a washer-dryer unit completes the interior.

The apartment also features a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun. This is a unique opportunity to experience luxury and convenience in the heart of Copenhagen.

We are often very flexible with early check-in or at least with luggage drop-off/storage from 10:30 AM, depending on the departure time of the previous guests on the day.

Spacious and well equipped in very central location

Hidden gem, spacious with good natural light and well equipped behind a somewhat modest exterior. Huge number of attractions, restaurants, cafes, historic sites within 20 min walking distance so never needed a taxi over a 5 night stay. A city centre never sleeps so light sleepers should come prepared but our group was mostly undisturbed at night.

Location and layout great, but outside noise not

The location and layout of the apartment worked out well for us. We struggled with the outside noise though, the apartment was hot, so we had the windows open, and it is a noisy area. We struggled with the remotes, but figured it out. We wish that we didn’t have realtors coming in during our stay and we wish that we didn’t have to choose between heat or noise, but overall we had a good time in Copenhagen.
