The room was very clean and the hotel was located just off of a main avenue and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Offered to clean up or replace towels. Also offered an extra pillow or comforter if needed. I would stay here again when I visit Copenhagen.

The hotel was a building site. The fridge wasn't plugged in/didn't work. The check in was difficult - had to call 4 times. There wasn't a cup in the room. Only 1 towel.

The room was clean and the location was really good but there's no staff or there's no reception, everything is online. Also the bathroom was not good. Very small and when you take a shower, since there is no seperator or anything, everywhere gets wet. I would not chose to stay here again.

What a dive. The serviced apartments were being renovated. My room had its headboard removed and an unpainted area and velcro where that was meant to go. Wooden ramp in lobby upstairs. This should not have been available to book.

Check in was not until 2pm, which is fine, but there was no bag storage and this was not highlighted before our stay. The lobby was a construction site with electrical wires poking out everywhere. We were given rooms that we didn’t originally book (photos did not match rooms) on the top floor (no elevator) and both room stank of mould and chemical cleaner. The bathrooms were dirty with moldy corners and shower curtains, and the shower was just a hand held one that sat over the sink. We were so shocked we booked another hotel and left.

For the price, it is an excellent choice; right there in the downtown and very close to the main railway station. Also tidy and well-kept. However, be aware that there is no reception and they should really fix their electronic check-in system; I didn't receive the keys promised despite online check-in. While everything worked fine as you can call them from the front entrance, I would be hesitant if, e.g., arriving late at night. But otherwise perfect!

Clean rooms and toilet. It wasn’t great with just one barhroom for the entire floor, especially when the shower was in the same area. This caused alot of waiting and a queue. The hotel staff was really friendly and polite but no where was the info when booking that the property was under construction. The entry floor was filled with construction workers, building material and dust. The absolutly worst was the noice from the work that woke us up 7 am on our vacation. That was a big dissapoitment and really not ok.

No A/C, just 1 power outlet. Renovation/building from 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, very loud, and so heavy you can feel it in the floors. The noise from the street is unbelievably loud. Walls are paper thin, you can hear actual conversation in the adjecant room. Doors can only be slammed to close, and it happens throughout the night. It is the worst hotel, I have ever been in, and I do not recommend anyone to use it - not even for a single night. When complaining, the owner doesn't answer hotels.com, and they don't care. "The renovation is not inside your room, so we will not refund, or relocate". Stat far, far away from A Hotels!
