There was a bus load of largely unsupervised youth that were up practically all night for both nights of our stay. They repeatedly slammed doors, ran up and down the hallway and made noise. This was a Spring getaway for us which turned out to be anything but restful. The jacuzzi was also out of commission.

very nice setting , fantastic area xx--xx--xx--xx--xx--xx--xx--xx--

This was a weekend trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame for the weekend. The hotel was clean and well kept, the room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, there was an indoor pool which we did not use but there were plenty of families using it. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the woman maintaining it did an excellent job. the staff was knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. The only down side was that I am a Best western club member but I didn't get any points for the trip due to booking through a 3rd party. Just a lesson for future reference.

Room AC was not on when we 1st came into room .. hot day. Bathroom smelled like a boys locker room. Ceiling, top floor, had two cracks that went the width of the room. Thursday AM comp breakfast - biscuit was over cooked sausage gravy was almost cold scrambled eggs were over cooked. Breakfast area was clean.

My son and I stayed here a couple days after Christmas. It was very nice and clean and quiet. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They had cookies and cocoa in the lobby in the evening and my son thought that was pretty cool. Our beds were very comfy and the pool was very nice too. In the morning the breakfast was very fresh and filling with lots of variety. The price was great for all we got. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the facility very much.

Fairly good location, almost part of a strip mall. Nice sized rooms. Nice staff. Serves breakfast in a decent sized room -- waffle-maker, eggs, baked goods, hot/cold cereals. Coffee/tea in lobby (apples too). Two buildings -- we were in the main building, 2 stories, runs front to back with elevator in the front. Free wi-fi.

Stayed overnight with kids, breakfast was above average, pool very nice, room clean and fine

Very nice hotel. We had a great time in the pool and the breakfast was very good as well. Very family friendly.

staff was friendly and helpful, room was basic but clean. Breakfast was just average, but overall experience was good.

Newer hotel, clean and well-managed. A bit pricey, although all the hotels in Oneonta were price-gouging the returning college students from Hartwick and SUNY.

My stay at the hotel was adequate except the breakfast buffet. They had to constantly replenish the food, and the assortment was poor. They didn't clean up excess food that was dropped on counters. They need more help and a better assortment of food.

The location close to Cooperstown was the best part. Having separate buildings(floor 3 and 4) was the second building. So great it rains and we need to walk in it to go to the breakfast in the other building. The gym is a very small room with minimal equipment and no fan. The weekend was HOF weekend and the front desk was not staffed to meet the customers needs and they were not knowledgable when asks about their programs or the bus arrangements even with a sign posted on their desk

The hotel location was good. The staff was friendly. The room was large. Everything about the hotel was good. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in a place near Cooperstown.

This hotel, the staff ,location, amenities are perfect for a quick stay or a longer stay for anyone looking to stay in the Cooperstown area.the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the free breakfast had a wide selection, the room itself was immaculate, and the overall experience was all anyone could ask for.I would absolutely highly reccomend.

Spent three nights here when my wife had knee replacement surgery at Basset Hospital in Cooperstown. Location was great with easy access to restaurants and the village. The morning free breakfast left a lot to be desired... For the money there was value....

This is a very nice hotel that is pretty new. Its location is great, not to long of a drive from the center of Cooperstown and from other attractions in the area. There is a supermarket in the same shopping center.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling to cooperstown. It is just outside town by a couple miles, but in a great location with food, grocery store, and more. The staff was great, very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, although the walls were thin.. You can hear conversations in the room next door. The bed was a little to firm for me, but overall very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options, can't really complain since it's free!

The staff is friendly, breakfast is great, and the hotel is very clean.

we had two rooms BUT one room smelled like smoke that was "covered" up with perfume. But the other room was great and comfy.
