This was good for a one night stay. The room was ok. A bit expensive for what it was in my opinion. The breakfast was pretty good though. The only complaint was the very loud air conditioner. It was extremely loud.

Felt like a motel. Had unfriendly staff, room was filthy to the point I wouldn’t let my son bathe in the tub, and bedding was stained. You had to sign out towels like you were going to steal them. For $300 a night I was not expecting anything like this!

Stayed at this property as my son was playing at Dreams Park for the week. Was clean and fine overall but the building where I stayed (closest to the street, not where the pool is) needs some work. It looks drab from the outside - no signs and kinda rough landscaping. The lobby was really lacking anything that resembles a hotel lobby. The floors walking to the rooms seemed thin and uneven. During my stay the phones didn't work to dial out, the WIFI was inconsistent, and the TV was difficult to flip around as the channel menu didn't seem to work. The bathroom was pretty narrow both in the shower and the toilet area. The sink is right next to the room door which is a little weird. But.....it was very close to Dreams Park and I wasn't in the room much so really it was fine. The breakfast was good and the service at the hotel in general was good. For the elevated price I'd expect a little better presentation especially the building my room was in -- just bad appearance. Liked being in the shopping center -- a few decent food options and the market was there. Next time I would likely try somewhere else hoping for a little better experience, but if the options were limited I'd be ok staying here again.

Rooms are extremely damp. Like they tried to wash the carpet but forgot to vacuum the water up. They tried to blame it on the AC. You had to walk around the room with shoes on or feet would get wet. Some really nice staff but also some not so nice staff.

This hotel was really convenient to all nature areas in Cooperstown. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff was very welcoming, there was a buffet breakfast, which had many offerings. The only thing I would say is, I wish the water temperature in the shower was hotter. Other than that no complaints. I would stay there again and I recommend it.
