The day after I got there, bugs started filling the area inside the door. They later began coming in around the windows and getting further into the unit. The host paid lip service to "putting in a work order," then said they would have to line up pest control...After two days, I left and went to a hotel. I requested a refund of the total I paid. Stevens Realty stated they will refund two nights. I don't know if that will happen. Regardless, I will file a formal complaint with VRBO.
