This experience was an absolute disaster. Upon check-in, staff attempted to change the reservation. Then, we were assigned to a smoking room (not ideal for someone with asthma), dirty, in poor condition, no microwave, exposed light switches, and non-working outlets. Staff attempted to enter the room while we were out. They claim to be pet-friendly but harassed us about our dogs. The heater in our room did not work. We requested a different room since the temps were below freezing. The new room wasn't much better. Also dirty, holes in the wall, and not similar to our reservation request. Our first stay was excellent here, but after this stay, we won't be returning. Every part of our stay failed to meet what we reserved.

The room needed repairs. Light switch near the door did not work. It did not turn on any light. You have to walk through darkness to the bathroom to get a light on or use a flash light. The extra security latch had been broken off. The motel is difficult to find. No name on the building and no lighted Motel 6 light working.

Was in town for a weekend cycling event. After an almost 4 hour drive had a small hiccup at check-in by having to wait for someone, but once I got checked in, no problems. Room was clean and quiet, no signs of insects, bed was comfy, and had everything I needed like TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Only gripe may be the temperature of the hot water and the wifi both being weak. Motel is located close enough to shopping and restaurants, which was super convenient including a Walmart HEB dollar general and a restaurant that anchors the parking lot. Customer service from the start was friendly helpful and on point—one of the front desk agents even assisted with getting fresh towels when I mentioned I had returned early from my event while they were cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to town and stay at this Motel 6, and I’d definitely choose it again when I’m in the area.

Room didn’t look like the photos on the Expedia. Pool hour were inconvenient for our stay. Check in and check out hours were shorter than a 24 hour day, check in after 4 pm and check out by 11am. Water pressure was wake, water temperature was lacking and shower head had the water going all over the place.

I needed a bedside outlet for my CPAP. Not present. I am handicapped by feeble knees, with no elevator, I had to climb stairs to a 2nd floor room to get non-smoking. Towel rack by tub is loose. On a positive, I received exemplary service from staff.
