Great location,well maintained and very clean, attentive host, good price. We had an issue with a dog barking next door, which was quickly taken care of. Will definitely stay again. Note: walls are thin and you can hear normal conversation next door. Had to turn on AC fan to mask.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy and the couch was as well. Perfect for two people. I would definitely recommend it!

Showed up to the room after a 12 drive just to find that they double booked the room. Luckily they had another room on site. It was bigger, but it was on the second floor. I have a bad knee and had to carry luggage for 4 days up and down a steep flight of stairs. Plus the bed, although bigger than the other room, was uncomfortable. I was informed that they were having trouble with a new booking program.

Great accommodations. The location was initially questionable, but after talking to Will, we felt at ease and understood the value on many ways. Its off the beaten path in an old motel renovation,, but perfectly located in between the state park, Lake Conneaut and Meadville, PA. Nice outdoor patio to relax and enjoy nature. The studio apartment was top notch, clean, all the amenities and enjoyable. I would recommend for the overall and value and quiet seclusion. .

Great for a quick get away

Property was very clean and well maintained. William was very helpful. Wish the bed was better located for accessibility but space is limited. Many supplies stocked in the kitchen for coffee and tea.

Time slows down

Smelled great as soon as you walked in. Parking close to door. Great cover deck with clean chairs. Close to lakes. Very quiet and peacefully. Few cold water in fridge. And flavored coffee creamer perfect for waking up. Loved it!

Perfect Little Getaway

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend. It is clean,(maybe one or two corner dust webs but the apartment was very clean) comfortable, and decorated adorably. It has more of a motel feel and that is what we were expecting. I have no criticisms only suggestions. A long length mirror on the back of the closet would be nice. We also talked about how nice it would be to have a campfire. There is a small grassy lot across the parking lot. The building and outside wasn’t much but we didn’t mind. The place is adorable!
