We had a very happy and restful three night stay at Avanti Cove. A very clean and attractive room and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Highly recommend staying there as the price was right as well

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy and the couch was as well. Perfect for two people. I would definitely recommend it!

Great little apartment

We were up from NC visiting family and really enjoyed the apartment. Very clean newly remodeled. Plan to stay again next year.

Great accommodations. The location was initially questionable, but after talking to Will, we felt at ease and understood the value on many ways. Its off the beaten path in an old motel renovation,, but perfectly located in between the state park, Lake Conneaut and Meadville, PA. Nice outdoor patio to relax and enjoy nature. The studio apartment was top notch, clean, all the amenities and enjoyable. I would recommend for the overall and value and quiet seclusion. .

Beautifully designed and super clean

It was a perfect place to stay for a night to enjoy the surrounding area. It was absolutely beautiful and was spotless. The owner was so nice and answered texts and phone calls immediately.

Great location,well maintained and very clean, attentive host, good price. We had an issue with a dog barking next door, which was quickly taken care of. Will definitely stay again. Note: walls are thin and you can hear normal conversation next door. Had to turn on AC fan to mask.
