It is located two minutes from the town of Conil.

From this location it takes only six minutes by car to the Cala del Aceite and less than three minutes by car to the beaches of Los Bateles and La Fontanilla.

The house has two floors, on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace with veranda.



On the first floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.



Outside there is a front porch surrounded by bushes and flowers, with common gardens with other houses.



At the back is another porch with a private garden, with barbecue, sun loungers and best of all, a totally private pool.

Covered parking outside. It has a soccer field.

In a quiet rural area, but with everything at hand just a few minutes drive away. It has the best of both worlds.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchens, washing machines, and 2 bathrooms are also available.
