Very rude employee @ check in. Annoyed that we arrived 5 min prior to checking in. Made to wait until exactly 3pm, then had to stand in line. Also, she was annoyed that we asked to use restroom in lobby.

I went to check in and they said they did not accept my chime credit card, I called Expedia to cancel the reservation, I was disconnected 4 times, I finally spoke with someone and they assured me that my card would not be charged but it still was, I am very angry and want the money put back in my account NOW! I was greeted by a lovely, welcoming receptionist. Room was clean and quiet. Right on the boarder of Antioch. Near a small convenience store and fast food eateries.

Rude person at the front desk. Bunch of tweakers hanging out in the parking lot and inside lobby. Room was half cleaned with a smudge left on toilet rim! WiFi didn’t work strong kept going in & out. Power randomly went out during the early morning. This place has gone down and for the price no way
