Small kitchenette (two burners and one sink), full fridge, flat-screen TV (not smart)

They place misleading ads and say there are smoking rooms then once they got you in the room then they try to say it’s non smoking room so they can charge you extra 250 bucks. I’m sure it’s a scheme the rude manager came up with so he can pocket the money. They was supposed to refund my money because I chose to leave because I wanted smoking room. Still waiting on my money from them. They don’t do housekeeping at all never give clean towels or sheets.

Was clean and comfortable and not too far from the venue that we had to travel to. But when checking in, there was no one behind the front desk to see us . I had to wait probably about 15 minutes before I actually saw the front desk clerk. There was a phone on the lobby wall to call for service . I was there along with three other people waiting to be serviced. I think they may need to have more than one person on the front desk or at least something to notify them that there is someone downstairs at the desk besides the phone. When we call the phone it actually rang where we were standing so to me that wasn't much help. But I would stay there again .

Wasn't able to purchase a rental set of pots and pans. They told me they were all out. I had a steak dinner I had bought to cook rot my fiances birthday. So I had to run around trying to find someone to let me borrow it. Other than that this place was amazing and way better than expected

The property outside was well maintained and had a great curb appeal the entryway was appealing but unfortunately once you got to your room or the level to which your room were there was a very distinguished smelling hallway odor to which that of course was in the carpet in the rooms were not that clean but manageable the staff was very helpful in making our stay great but at the same time the appeal of the outside of the hotel should have the same appeal As inside of the hotel & need to manage that hallway order Smail !

Disgusting and dangerous, probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is not worth it, no matter how much cheaper it is than competitors. Front desk staff almost never there. Took forever to check in, even though I was the only person there. They said it was a non-smoking room. It reeked of smoke, and the bedspread and blanket were old and dirty. Seems to have more people living there than staying there, and many of these residents appeared stoned and/or drunk. I learned all this after the first night. I thought about switching to a more expensive hotel but since all I was doing was sleeping there and I had paid for it, I stayed. Huge mistake. The second night was even worse. I thought about I was awakened at 4 in the morning by a crash. I found out the next morning it was a broken window on the 2nd floor. The glass fell all over my rental car, and it scratched the hood. Fortunately, I was able to rub the scratches out with a tube from Auto Zone. Really, Orbitz should probably remove this hotel, if you could call it that, from its list.

One of the rooms the door wouldn't latch or lick. Two of the rooms reeked so horribly of smoke that the guys couldn't hardly sleep

When we arrived after a decent drive. They were checking in another customer. No problem. My wife needed to use the restroom badly. We were told, that the restroom was for employees only, and that she would need to go to the gas station next door. Nice.... We got checked in and were told that the only room they had was a smoking room, and since I didn't specifically request a non smoking room there was nothing that they could do. Our room was on the third floor. When we got off the elevator, we immediately noticed a dirty diaper smell. The hallway was dark, and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There was cat or dog hair on the carpet outside of several of the guest rooms. Our actual room was clean. Depressing, but clean. It had a full sized bed, a desk, a nightstand and a desk with 2 chairs. I felt like we were in a witness relocation program. We never even unpacked, we left and went to a different hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. So we paid for a night we didn't use. It was that bad.

when asking for an extra pillow the staff said they had no more available. we stayed 2 nights and were only given two towels (that were not taken and replaced after the first night). no house keeping came in during the day. when asking for more towels, no one was at the front desk and no one answered the 500 number. when i went to check out (7am) there was no one at the front desk and no one answered the 500 number that you're told to call for assistance. also, the only toiletry that we were supplied was a tiny bar of soap, not to mention the half used one still in the shower from the guest before us.
