Beautiful hotel, live music, great customer service, beautiful rooms. Beds were comfortable and a place to walk around the Beautifully landscaped pond and grounds.

The hotel was beautiful, as was the room, but the bed was not comfortable, which was disappointing. We also only had feather pillows in the room, and when we were checking out, I heard someone request foam pillows and would have loved to be offered those as I think it would have improved our sleep. We also were charged for internet, even though we asked to make sure our Bonvoy account was linked to the room, so we wouldn’t be. Still waiting for those chargers to drop as the staff member at checkout noted she’d take care of it. The live music in the bar was very inviting and created a lovely ambiance. We would stay again.

Location of hotel was a short distance from shopping and restaurants. Well maintained area. Hotel does not have complimentary WiFi.

We had a very poor experience from start to finish. We sent a message to the hotel through the ORBITZ app which was never responded to. When we arrived at 1:30, we were turned away From check in as they stayed at our room was not clean yet. We were turned away at 4:30 PM, 30 minutes after check in, finally checked in at 5:20, as they said the room was clean. Room 600 had glasses outside the room, food stuck to the floor in the bedroom, broken dresser drawer, Mold and rust around inside and outside of shower. I shutter to think what the room looks like before they attempted to clean it if that is what they felt clean was. At breakfast the next morning, an African-American gentleman stated he had still not been helped, The waitress dismissively stated he had been helped, and I had to advocate for him just to get his name put on the list to be seated at a table. Trash lying around the property on the grounds, so it seems that they are struggling to keep the place up. It created a very stressful weekend for us, would not recommend this hotel, will be recommending to our circles not to select this hotel, will never return to this hotel, will not be staying at a Marriott in the future. With the amount of money that we spent on this hotel, I felt completely ripped off and I’ve never felt that way staying at a hotel before. Extremely disappointing.

Greeted as we walked in, everything was in place and clean, the elevators were even clean and didn't have any odors. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the room didn't have any cleaner / heater / smoke or mustiness odors. It was quite pleasant.

There were no shelves or dresser drawers to unpack any clothing. There was very poor lighting that was impossible to apply makeup. The shower controls were very difficult to figure out and we never could turn on the hand held shower so forced to use the rain head. There is no door on the toilet separating it from the shower and sink. It seemed designed for male business travelers.

New building. Clean. Charge for WiFi and easily accidentally added. I left some items and very poor response on lost/found process.
