We actually did not stay at this listing as this location we where told on the way was no longer available. The host did offer a different location. The alternate location was okay enough but was missing all the amenities that are listed on the location description. Only one towel, no silverware, no hair dryer, no iron no baking pans to cook, so papertowels, no toilet paper besides the half roll on the dispenser. We actually went and purchased all the missing items and left them in the VRBO

Pictures do not reflect the actual condition of the rental. I had to ask multiple times for the rental information and then when we walked into the place it had a strong smell of drug use with windows left open to try to air it out. The furniture was stained with who knows what, the pool table was in poor shape and missing balls, pillows were ripped, the thermostat was broke, a kitchen cabinet door was broke and was placed trying to hide the fact, sticky stuff all over the kitchen floor and furniture and to top it off someone picked their nose and wiped it on the wall by the door. The place was filthy! The property manager didn't even apologize for the condition or even try to discuss fixing anything. Thank goodness for the VRBO staff, they were excelent but this property was not.

Rental did not have power, the place was old and not taken care of, holes in the wall, toilet was broke, very few toiletries, sketchy part of town and there were bugs in the bed. After a couple hours the power was turned on and only half the bulbs throughout the house worked. Beds and decore were very old and the furniture had stains throughout the place. We left immediately after seeing the bugs in the bed.

Not as advertised AT ALL! I also contact customer service with VRBO and sent many pictures and had an extensive chat. Even replied to an email and didn’t hear back. Poor customer service on your end as well. Stayed at the property because wasn’t getting help. Would like at least a partial refund.Home was dirty, furniture broken. Couldn’t even sit on it! MANY other issues!How you handle this will determine what company we will use in the future!
