This was my first time staying and I would not go back.. Sheets feel like paper.. Tiny little tv with a burry picture.. rust on the refrigerator. No utensils, plates cups nothing!! They didn't have any down stairs. Front desk was friendly that was the only good part..

This place was a hassle to check in. Seems like management needs better control of this place. It took me 2 hours to get settled down in a room, the late night lady was trying here best to help me with someone else mistake. Breakfast in the morning isn't really breakfast, I didn't bother to eat it and ate out. The smoking policy isn't strict the hall sometimes smelled like cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, its either a hit or miss. I reached out to extended stay about my check-in experience haven't heard from them since Friday! it is now Wednesday.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay on Bradley Park. The staff was very nice and helpful. Valencia was helpful and professional and really helped me with all the questions I had before check in! LeAnna helped with my check in process and was very sweet and professional. They really made my stay feel like home away from home! I will be back for all my future stays!

After trying out five different rooms, just to found a room that is 100% to stay in. My stay ended up being just a wonderful stay after all. Customer service was wonderful with the many switches that was made do to the fact that is was the custodian day off.

Everything is dated, no utensils in the room, front desk personnel was always missing (he was friendly when he showed up). A couple had to get another room because the room originally given was was 6pm. Location is good, not interested in returning.

We had to switch rooms twice. The first room, the beds were undone and recently slept in. The second room, the AC unit was froze up and not working. In the third room, while usable, we ended up getting sheets from the front desk to change the beds ourselves. When we pulled back the sheets it was apparent that the linens hadn't been changed (Dead skin and grass possibly) and at that point we decided to change the bed ourselves (It seemed easier than risking another room). Also, the elevator doors wouldn't open on two occasions that I witnessed (I wasn't in the elevator, but in the lobby) and the people in the elevator had to go to another floor and use the stairs. I am very dissatisfied.

There is no ice machine, breakfast is instant oatmeal pack or small packaged muffin. No fruit or juice. This is not for a person on a short trip. The rooms are an efficiency and the accommodations were meant for some one doing an "extended stay" and bring their own supplies and food. No pool, no breakfast, no hair dryer, no hangers, no conditioner. No courtesy car.

It was not a good stay. It was about a just below average stay in the Columbus Georgia area. I had not stayed at an extended stay in a few years. It was a disappointment. The refrigerator was loud; there wasn't any dishes available. There wasn't any paper or plastic items available to make a simple cup of coffee or tea in the room.

The alternative was to sleep in the car. So not recommended for more than one night. Kitchenette?? No coffee maker! It gave me the impression as it I was coming into an Assisted Living facility. Not impressed.

We have stayed at Extended Stay many times but this will be the last. We reserved two rooms. We had a confirmation email for the two rooms. We checked in at 3:00 p.m., and when we arrived only one room was ready. They had no reservation for the 2nd room. When we got to our rooms, they were not clean. The room smelled like very strong cigarette smoke covered up by flowery air freshener. There was soap scum on the bathtub wall, white dust from the popcorn ceiling on the carpet, as well as pink (moldy) spots in the toilet. We had to make several trips to the front desk for dishes, dish towels, and hair dryers. And, then, of all things, we had to go to the front desk for a kitchen sink plug. We were so exhausted at this point we didn't have the energy to deal with the front desk again. This hotel chain has a policy of only providing what you ask for, but you had better remember what you need or you'll be forced to make several trips to the front desk and they may, or may not, be helpful. Most of the time the front desk people did as little as possible to help us, even though on one occasion it was clear they weren't busy. We've had good experiences with Extended Stay in the past, but this was the last straw. We had a bad experience at their location in Seattle, and, while we always give the benefit of the doubt and second chances, this was the second chance, and we won't be staying at Extended Stay again.
