Very deceiving from pictures. It was old and scary. I wanted to sleep in the car.

I did not like the cockroach I found on my bathroom floor in the morning.

Good location and easy to get to off of the freeway. Close to stores and attractions. Didn’t receive new soaps etc daily and room service inconsistent. Overall, good for family and visiting the area.

Pictures make this hotel look much better than it actually is. The property itself hasn’t been renovated in at least 20 years. The furniture is old and terrible quality. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was allowed to check in. The staff wasn’t behind the desk half the time. The fire alarm kept going off repeatedly. The smell of chlorine in the pool and hot tub was suffocating. Just a terrible hotel.

It was a great stop halfway in a road trip. The staff was helpful, the room large and clean and for the same price as closets in some hotel.

Good value, apartment like. Rooms are nice but ask for a renovated room. Outdoor heated pool was a bonus. Hotel did attract some noise and parties.

The whole experience was Good love the room and it was clean send me More deals on the same suite and I will always stay

Clean wonderful staff extremely happy with the service

They have a good breakfast and the pool is wonderful. The only issue i had was the door needed a little wd40. Also they didn't have any quarters for the wash machine but if your not going to use that no biggie.

They have social hour grilling food plus a beautiful pool and the fire pit made it just perfect

Good although they were unaware of the Orbitz deal with two hour late check out. They should be aware when we book through Orbitz.

The rooms look almost exactly like the photos online. The property can only accommodate parking for 1/2 or less of the capacity of rooms they sell, I had to park down the street one day, and walk to the hotel, and I had to park in a yard. Also the pool and jacuzzi room seem nice, but we’re overflowing with people that seem to live in the rooms of the hotel. The exterior was unclean and had 100’s of bags of garbage piled up in the parking lot that we’re higher than cars.

The hotel was very nice and had a “resort” feel. We could have enjoyed our stay without ever leaving the property! The heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the dreary weather we ended up having our first night. It allowed the kids the opportunity to still enjoy some time outdoors and in the water. I enjoyed the adult conversation over a glass of wine and some warmth from the fire pit. The board games and movie rentals were also a plus for family time. The room was spacious and clean. We made tacos in the kitchenette and it was stocked with everything we needed. There were 6 of us (4 kids, 2 adults) and we were pretty comfortable with the double bed and pull out sofa. Our toilet stopped up and ran over our first night there. Sarah from the first desk informed us that maintenance was gone for the night and gave us the option to clean it ourselves or move to another room. We opted to clean it and she equipped us with gloves, disinfectant, plenty of towels and garbage bags. We understand that things like this can happen and appreciate her professionalism in handling it. Finally, parking was a bit challenging when we returned late. We found a spot 2 buildings down. No big deal. Just an FYI if you plan to drive and be out late. Overall our stay was excellent, despite the weather, and I will stay here again when I return to Columbus.

Very good resort. As it is near busy area there is constant traffic noise. Breakfast is simple not much options to choose from.

Probably very nice and well run 10 years ago, but now quite shabby. Rooms and grounds need renovation, but at the price it's hard to complain too much. The cigarette burns in the rugs and once mounted beaten up microwave on the counter were apt counterparts to damaged lamps and furniture.

Thank you for reaching out about your stay with us here at the Cloverleaf Suites here in Dublin. We wanted to let you know that while your comments are not great about our property they do go a long way into helping us improve our guests experience. It is true only half of our hotel is renovated that we do our best to keep every room as clean as can be and in the best working order we can. Also our staffing is thin at times and our front desk agents do need to step away at times to assist other guests, We are working on creatively finding ways to minimize this. As for the fire alarms and the pool we did just have our annual test and not sure if you were here during that or if it was from another guest cooking in the room but not turning on the vents, but I can assure you we hold safety in the highest regard and the fire system is all in working order and we test the pool twice a day to insure chlorine levels are where they need to be per state regulations. Since this is anonymous and I can not give specific facts about your stay so please feel free to reach out to me at the hotel and I will be glad to discuss all the issues and work on correcting them to the best of our ability for our future guests. Thank you
