We had a great stay. I recommend staying here its a great location easy to get anywhere, plus nearby are great restaurants and brewerys. Walking distance. If you're going to COSI you can walk. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable . It has a very nice balcony it was to cold for us to use it but on a nice day it could be a great place to relax. So if yoh stay here you will not be disappointed.

Red, White, and Boom

Wonderful place, beautiful view of downtown Columbus. Dom is an excellent host, everything was as listed and check-in and out was smooth, easy, and convenient.

The location to local events, breweries and restaurants was excellent. The host was attentive and on top of everything. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay near downtown Columbus.

Great Option for Longer Stay

We needed a place with no stairs while completing our move out of Columbus. It served us well since it had an elevator. Nicely appointed. Loved the king size beds. Great balcony and view of the city. Would have loved a TV in one of the bedrooms. Could use more dishes an silverware. Only had 2 small 6 oz. glasses to drink out of.

Great spot for Colombus getaway

We had a long weekend in Colombus planned with my wife and 18 year old son to catch the Manchester City/Chelsea game at Ohio stadium. It was our first time in the city so we didn't know what to expect. The condo was very nice and had everything we were looking for. It was in a great location near the COSI science museum and across the bridge from downtown. It was a terrific base for our outings all over the city. Dom was extremely helpful and responsive and available throughout our stay for any questions. A great spot, and a great overall experience.

Franklinton stay

The condo was a comfortable and convenient spot that accommodated our activities at a weekend symposium downtown as well as free time exploring Columbus. Quick drive to Short North for.good restaurant finds. The condo was quiet and the nearby parking was convenient.

Great place near downtown

A nice apartment in a trendy neighborhood near downtown. Close to Convention Center, Short North, etc. Wonderful coffee shop just one block away. Parking garage was secure and convenient. The apartment has a pleasant balcony overlooking the street. Way better than a hotel.

Great space in a hip neighborhood

Our stay at River and Rich was wonderful. The property is well appointed and Don was a great host: very helpful and considerate. For example, when the neighborhood lost power, Don contacted us and brought candles to the unit for our use. I would recommend that the entry instructions include explicit language that makes guests aware that there are two buildings with the same name adjacent to each other. I arrived at the wrong location and it took a bit of investigation to find the right location. (The address is not as prominently displayed on the exterior of the property as it might be, and just explaining that the entrance is adjacent to the photo studio might be enough!). Also, it would be great to add a lamp in the living area. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent property in a very hip and up in coming neighborhood!

Overall an excellent property that matches the listing 100%. I stayed here for a week with my wife and 3.5 year old. The tub is convenient for the kiddos bath time and the 2 beds made it easy for my son to sleep with my wife and for me to sleep in the other room. Entry and exit are very easy with the key fob and parking is a convenient parking garage with a 24/7 parking pass so you don't pay for any parking. The neighborhood, Franklinton, is an up and coming neighborhood located downtown in Columbus. It's a mix of quiet residential streets and a revitalized industrial area with galleries and event spaces in old factory buildings. Overall, it was a great stay and we would for sure use it again.
