Visiting friend and golf trip

The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.

This house was utilized by contractors working at VC Summer Nuclear Power Plant. House was decent enough but there were things that we were not expecting. Broken exterior door to patio, damaged pots and pans. Countertop range is in bad shape. This is just mentioning a few of the items. Overall, a great house and location. However, the neighbors across the street yelled at all times of day and night, which was quite disturbing.
