Great location, great place to stay!

First trip to Columbia and this house was the perfect location for us to wander about. Centrally located and walkable to five points restaurants and shopping. House is just lovely.

Perfect House

Great property close to five points. Clean and efficient check in and communication with the management company was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Loved it

Great area close to fort Jackson. They had a live band next door that sounded amazing and the area was just very wholesome reminded me of home. Would visit again

The house has a serious plumbing problem, kitchen sink doesn’t drain, bathtub slow to drain, tub gurgling when toilet is flushed. Front yard has water standing, draining over sidewalk and smells of sewage. Thought you might like to know.

great location

The house in a great area, very clean. We stayed four nights and it was easy in and out. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shopping at Five Points. It is also and easy walk to campus, 10 minutes or so.

Great Location to 5 Pts

All in all, it was a great stay. Only negative thing was the lack of forks. Only two were in the drawer.

Very dirty and loud area- Used Tampon Under bed

Unfortunate property. Badly managed and not cleaned. Food bags under coffee table. Food all in the long shag rug in livingroom. Used dirty towels hanging on bedroom door and worst of all a used Tampon under the bed along with paper towel trash under bed. Very loud neighborhood- college housing right next door with about 5 cars worth of people living there and partying all night. Let rental agency know, had a conversation and sent photos and received no call back.

Rained out sporting plans.....BUT!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We could only imagine what this home was like before modern upgrades. Truly a diamond in the rough. The king bed was amazingly comfortable as we slept like the dead..... We traveled with our "still in training" 5 month old golden retriever and a mature cockatiel bird. Other than the mishap of accidently turning on the ceiling fan, and spooking the pup! LOL. Both were happy with their home away from home. The area seemed very safe with a lot of walkable restaurants near by. We were able to walk to the local dog park for a little social time for Brody. Unfortunately due to mother nature, our Sunday Funday plans (Gamecocks softball game) was rained out and we spent the day at the house watching movies and enjoying the down time. The check-in & out was pleasantly easy. Our only issue was not having salt and pepper, although other spices were available for use. We also found the "missing" coffee cup under the couch as well as miscellaneous trash.... but nothing too gross to mention.
