Ac made rumbling noise all night. Every 20 minutes it would cut on making loud noises. I only got 1 hour of sleep because it was so loud. When I turned it off it got to stuff so I had to turn it on.

Great place to stay
We stayed here just a single night while going to my wife's army basic training graduation and i wished we had stayed the full 3 days here. We booked somewhere else for the other 2 days but they didnt have any rooms for the first night so we picked this place. The rooms are quite like you cant here other people through the walls or above you. Its beautiful and they have great food you can order on the main floor. We had to leave before they serve breakfast but its looks like it would have been amazing.

Friendly Front desk. Stayed during Masters Week. Overall happy with the hotel. Guests below us were playing music well past 2am making it hard to sleep. Conditions of hotel are okay, you can tell it needs a refresh, but not dirty. Just worn in.

I was stuck in a smoking room because it’s what I accidentally booked on Orbitz. I didn’t know they still existed. When I checked in the tissues and had soap were empty and I had to go to the front desk to get more, they couldn’t bring it to me. To get to first floor rooms you have to go up steps there’s no luggage ramp, so I had to lug 2 suitcases up and down 5 steps.

I would not stay here again.
Check in was slow had one person working the front. Fire alarm went off several times at night between 12 and 2 as well as during breakfast. Probably the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Embassy suites made me question feature stays.

This Embassy has gone down ALOT. The building is old, the rooms are dirty and outdated. One of the elevators stopped working during our stay so we had to take the stairs majority of the time. The one working elevator was so busy, if it happened to stop on our floor we couldn't fit because it was packed full of people. The pool was dirty and cold, the pool area needed towels and a good cleaning. One of the best amenities is the breakfast and when we arrived at 10am (breakfast closed at 1030am) there was nothing left. I asked staff would it be replenished and she basically said yes but never did it. I mentioned all my concerns to the front desk staff and was told "sorry for the inconvenience". I would not stay again or recommend.

It was an awful experience. Cost is 500.00 to stay two nights 1 elevator was broken. Couldn’t get anyone to answer for linings for the pull out so my nine year old had to sleep in the bed with us. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom in the shallow end. Fire alarm kept going off for about a hour. We ended up not even staying the second night we left and came home.
