My hotel room was very dirty. Stains on the couch that resembled something very unsanitary, dirty carpets, damaged bathroom door, black substance in the shower, musky smell, damp carpet area near the entrance of the bathroom, multiple lights that flickered like they had a short, and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly. I tried to notify the front desk and much to my dismay, the young lady there informed me they knew and proceeded to help someone else. I was stunned. I emailed pictures to Hilton CEO and have not received a message back as of this review. I will never stay here or another Embassy Suites again. It was my first time doing so only because I was attending an on site event and thought it would be convenient for me since I had my husband and daughter traveling with me.

The only hotel we have been to where the room was actually clean. All other hotels where have stayed recently, the bottom of our feet got dirty after 5 minutes. Breakfast here was also well done, with good, healthy choices and even a made to order omelette station. The eating area was space airy, lively and full of light. Most hotels have breakfast areas that are small, dark and depressing.

It was shocking.The room was nasty and smelled like Body Odor. Had mold everywhere and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was just perfect from checking in until checking out i was in 629 housekeeping was fantastic very nice loved her... The Breakfast was soooo Good i highly recommended travelers to stop in right here it was the best i will be back!!

Very clean hotel

This stay was a family trip (two adults and three kids) to the Riverbanks Zoo. Location: The location was excellent for the Zoo. It is close enough to walk, but you are going over a highway. With the young kids and easy parking, we ended up driving both times anyways. Breakfast: It was an excellent breakfast buffet with a variety. All the kids (picky eaters) could find something to eat and get stuffed. Room: We booked the Standard Suite Two Double and One Sofa Bed Non-Smoking. It was nice for a family room. There was a bedroom with two comfortable double beds and a sink. The Sofa bed was a different story. The mattress was gross and heavily used. The front desk was rapid to provide sheets and extra blankets when requested. Even with the sheets, my son slept on the couch. The cleanliness of the room, I would say, was a 3 out of 5. It appeared to have the basic cleaning required for the next room. It wasn't dirty in the commonly used locations. To plug-in chargers, though, was one of those, "I don't want to stick my hand down there; there are probably spiders." Be prepared to plug in all the chargers for the kids. Overall, I would recommend it only if the hotel room is on sale with a family going to the Zoo. I wouldn't pay top dollar just for the location close to the Zoo.

Poor customer service, no hand soap in bathroom, 1roll of toilet paper, no extra blankets and was told I would have to come get them, tile grout in bathroom dirty/molded, tapestry peeling from walls, smell of marijuana by indoor pool.

All over an amazing experience. The whole place, inside and out, were very clean. Amazing customer service. Wonderful breakfast options. Highly recommend for those with high expectations.

The air was broken in our room. It smelled like burnt rubber. We were also told that there were no towels and were given pool towels to dry off with.

The inside conditions were very pretty and looked clean how ever the out side conditions were terrible. There were tuns of hornet nests and spider webs everywhere all over both back patios. They advertised a spa but they cemented it in. This was the least of the problems. Upon arrival when we checked in they did not tell us that we would be charged 10$ a day for parking and we didn’t even have a car!!!! They also didn’t tell us that we had to request 24 hours in advance for some one to clean the room and then when I did request maid service 24 hours in advance they still did not have any one clean our room. We were there for 4 days I ended up having to clean the room my self on Saturday because we had garbage pilling up and the room smelled horrible. We also had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper and had to carry it up our selfs. The tv did not work all. They said there was nothing they could do about it and that we would have to contact orbitz for a credit even though we up graded our room to a king corner. So pretty much they were fine to take our money but giving us a credit some how they could not do. I will never book another room at that hotel again!!!!

The rooms were not clean upon arrival. Had to wait an hour and a half before getting in room. Bathroom was covered with hair. Switched to another room even worse. Very disappointing stay with prices they charge. Outdated property

It was a nice hotel for our quick visit the staff was great we really enjoyed ourselves

Property seemed very busy and unsafe during the night unsafe neighborhood room smelled like smoke.

The beds are awful. They didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed and when requested they said they had none available. The made to order breakfast was a joke. Get there early or you don’t get hot food.

The rooms are in need of update. the sofa was on the floor when you sit down. Dust and dirt around the carpet and the baseboards. Bath tub was full of sludge from stopped up drain. Went to get plastic bag from ice bucket, it was half full of water. This was not a good stay.

For the price of the suite, the room was filthy dirty. Mold on in the shower, toilet was wobbly, air filter was so dirty, the refrigerator was hot, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the towel rack kept falling apart. Went to the front desk to see if they would repair it. Came back that afternoon and no resolutions made. So we got another hotel, way cheaper and much much cleaner. I don’t recommend staying at this location. Don’t waste your money on them. If they didn’t care to fix the issue, don’t bother caring on staying with them.

My hotel room was very dirty.
