Lovely home located in Old Colorado City. Just three blocks from the main road which has plenty of delicious restaurants, breweries, and family owned-shops. It is also a three-minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs.
Perfect for families; the home has a spacious, recently renovated kitchen complete with dishwasher and all the cooking appliances you could need. There is also a full laundry room, and a large backyard with grill. A massive smart TV sits in the living room with free wifi and a large couch.

Old Colorado

Home was roomy and comfortable. We really missed not having a microwave having a young child with us. The grounds were unkept, could not let her play outside. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. My biggest problem was trying to get information and questions answered by VRBO, the owner was fantastic.

Perfect location to so many attractions!

Was a very nice neighborhood with a great view if Pikes Peak. Charming atmosphere. Only wish there was a microwave and more chairs to seat around the table for meals.

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The house is nice and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It met our needs for our week stay near Old Colorado City. There is no air conditioning or microwave, which would have made our stay more comfortable and convenient. Ceiling fans helped, but it was still pretty warm in the house at times. Warming up leftovers was difficult without a microwave. The kitchen table only has chairs for two, so we ended up eating on the patio. The yard is minimally maintained so was weedy and not a pretty as it has potential to be. There is a car port in back which was much appreciated, as there were some severe weather risks while we stayed there. The kitchen is nice and decently stocked. She has a decent supply of spices, which made cooking easier.

At Home

If we were to return to Colorado Springs, we would check to see if this house was available. It was situated in a location that was central to everyplace that we wanted to go. It was so much more pleasant to "go home" to relax during the day than go to a motel. Since we were staying there with my husband's sister and husband, having this house to gather to share some meals and play board games was also SO much more comfortable than a motel would have been!

Good value older home great kitchen and reading area

Initial reaction was not as expected. Older home with overgrowth of vegetation on sides and rear around patio. Bathroom doors no locks and sticking. Pots had to recleaned. Property manager was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Property was great value for the money. It grew with value each day. Excellent location. AC not standard in CS and would like to have micro wave.

My family vacation

We rented this nice quite little home in town. We where within Walking distance for shopping. Your not far from garden of the gods. The house has and awesome kitchen in it. Also has an ally way you can go down and park in the back. We got to see mule deer very close by the house as well.
