So, so nice!!!

Super nice. So cozy in the morning with a nice cup of coffee!!! And at night...oh my, the bed was incredible. We were so impressed we came home and ordered an adjustable bed!!!! Grocery store across the street and so nearby to lots of other fun things.

Comfort and convenience

The experience was good. The quality and condition of the room were also good. Convenient location, bring that it was Saturday, the locals were out and about. The hotel is on a major thorough fare so it was a bit loud. You have your own kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, a coffeemaker and ground coffee. pots and pans, a small fridge TV, direct WiFi a comfortable bed, a small couch and a 3 piece bathroom. The only thing I might change but is highly unlikely is the parking. Other than that excellent stay

Loved our stay. Easy to get to, convenient for food options and going downtown. Parking lot is small, so parking a full size truck is hard. Room was clean and will stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay, except for a few issues. The room was not completely cleaned, in which I found hair and a toy by the couches by the front door. The door in the bedroom with the bathroom attached; the edging was pushed in? Then the air conditioning only goes to the main room, if a door is closed its very hot...its like summer and winter all in one space. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the extension cords everywhere kinda make it look very tacky. I also suggest maybe getting something to keep the noise from the main road to being so loud in the room; my roomie could hear everything that went by. I did like the location, and how it is conveniently next to everything.

It was in the best area. I think a mile down the street was nice, but not so much here. The place was kind of cheap feeling, the bed was not fastened to anything so it moved with every movement of your own. Not much good to say about this place other than it was affordable and near a lot of things.

Good, clean but noisy

It’s right on the main road in Manitou and traffic was very noticeable! Our room needs new blinds, had gaps that people sitting on bench out front could see in and the bed was right there! Curtains would be helpful too, we put our beach towels up!! I don’t understand the bar with full size kitchen sink, but no stove to cook in room. Would rather have comfortable sofa or chairs. TV needs just cable channels, not all the streaming channels that you have to put your info in to watch and it still buffers. Overall it’s a good clean place with comfortable bed.
