I loved everything about the house and our stay! Kaitlyn was a great host and felt welcoming! The pictures are exactly what you were walking into! We really enjoyed our stay and found the house to be very comfortable. You can find everything you need at this house, including pot pans, etc. we will definitely be back!

This is a spotlessly clean house in a quiet neighborhood with many charming touches-what a great find! The beds are both comfortable and the bathrooms are both generously sized. The refrigerator, washer and dryer all appear to be brand new. There are plenty of in-great-condition plates, mugs, cups, etc. We love staying in a place where the little details are taken care of, beautifully. Also, we that recycling is offered! We didn’t use or look in the sauna.Communication with the rental company was excellent.

I was extremely impressed with the property. The Cobalt Peak scenic Retreat was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We were very concerned about air conditioning, but were satisfied to see there was a unit in the living area that worked well to keep the house cool. The neighbors in the area are very friendly! I would add that the house is not set up for individuals who require a wheel chair or are in any way not physically able to walk up stairs and steps throughout the property. I was very pleased with the Sauna such a great unique feature ( I did have to look up thorough instructions and safety operation of sauna on YouTube). I was concerned about operating it safely, but instructions are labeled inside. We really loved this property! Thank you

Gorgeous! Clean! Perfect! The sauna made it the best retreat. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. We loved the location in Cascade, which was close to attractions in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs, and even more convenient to Woodland Park for groceries and restaurants. Def will return!

Fabulous!

We found the peace and quiet we were hoping for over July 4th weekend at this little place tucked away in the mountains. Just outside of Manitou Springs. Beautifully refurbished, we had all of the creature comforts while relaxing together as a family. This is a rental we’d like to revisit…and that isn’t something we’ve said too many times!

We travel quite a bit and this property was great. True to listing. Our Host answered our questions in a timely manner. Home is very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with all essentials for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Home is located in a very good neighborhood with great views. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks.

PERFECT!

Very cozy & quiet. Location was perfect. Not an issue with icy roads. We seen mule deer on site daily. Travel to local attractions was easy & close. Beds were more firm than what we like. Heated floors were pleasant. Master shower was incredible. Responses from host were quick and kind. We will return to this one.

Perfect escape

A great place to stay if you are thinking about going to see the ice castles. We loved staying here! We were very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. You will have everything you need and more. It is a very well taken care of property, organized, nicely decorated, and clean. The master shower is amazing and the heated floors in the bathroom are so nice! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Took my family here for a Christmas trip and it was amazing! It was better than what I expected. It was clean we had plenty of space and it was close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location

This property was excellent and exceeded my expectations. It is perfectly located between Manitou Springs and Woodland Park so short drive to many locations we planned to visit. Good size kitchen that was well stocked. The living room was great to watch movies and play games. House was very clean and looked well cared for. House was very kid friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect!!!

Had the best stay at this property with my schnauzer, Neo. The complimentary adult beverages were a nice welcoming after a couple days up in the mountains and was peaceful, clean, and is exceptionally well put together. I will definitely be staying out here again.

Stylish mountain home

This is beautiful house in a peaceful location and a mountain backdrop. My family and I visited over spring break, during a monster snow storm. Covered parking was great for big snow. The house was a cozy reprieve after playing outside. We loved the layout, the quality kitchen-wares and lush tv room and cozy beds. I thought the heated bathroom floors were a tad too fancy but I sure missed them during a couple of power outages! Outages didn’t have anything to do with the house, just the extreme weather- and I suggest bringing flashlights if coming in winter for that reason. Second snow shovel would be nice. 4WD was necessary in big snow on the roads in this neighborhood. The master shower will make all troubles disappear. Love to come back, perhaps during summer thou!
