Absolutely terrible property with eponymous manager. One learns never to go there due to both noise of the trains as well as the unfriendly behaviour of the eponymous manager.

Tricky check in

The check in was not ideal. We let the hotel know when we would arrive but still had to wander around the building to find a ringer because all of the doors were locked. Unless the area is dangerous, I would suggest keeping a door open for guests. We could feel the bed springs, needs replacing. When we asked, we got extra pillows, no problem. Very nice staff.

It was close to the Airport. There is minimal service bot you can get a drink and a little food if you wish , two restaurants close by for something better. Breakfast was good worth the expenditure. limited parking available for a small fee.

Was not told there was no early check out.

Lovely staff and is clean. No kettle in room but borrowed one of receptionist. No English tv. I had surgery and asked for firm pillows has the literature stated u can ask for pillows. So I asked just got told we don’t do any other pillows we can give u extra. Also no room service has stated. It would of been great has I could not get out of bed, so we had to find something else where. Breakfast was nice. I was not informed that check out time is only 6.30 am not good on an early flight. Then the receptionist tried to charge me for more breakfast when I was not there has I was in hospital.

Great for airport stopover

Stayed for one night. Great welcome by the lady receptionist. Very clean room with great shower room. Bed comfortable. Could have done with extra pillows. Also missed having a kettle in the room. Very early taxi next morning which was booked by the receptionist and arrived on time. All good. Would recommend

Near Cologne/Bonn Airport

Needed a hotel close to the Cologne/Bonn Airport. This facility worked nicely. Clean and efficient hotel. Good breakfast, basic but comfortable room. Very quiet suburban neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from airport. If I needed to stay in this area, I would stay here again.
