The house was exactly as described. It was perfect We were in town for a family wedding. We had ages 2 to 95 staying at the house. There are two bedrooms on one side of the house with a vanity in each room and a Jack and Jill shower and toilet. These rooms were perfect for the family with the two year old as they could close doors to the rest of the house when the 2 year old needed quiet. The master bedroom and bath and two bedrooms that share a nice big hall bathroom are on the other side of the house. The gathering spaces were in the middle. The 95 year old was able to move around easily on her walker. The kitchen was stocked adequately. If you are cooking a lot you will want your own spices, aluminum foil, etc. The coffee drinkers loved the Kuerig and the choice of coffee pods.Grace was great with communication. Check-in was easy. We loved that the owner has put together a magazine about their family as well as all the information you need to stay at Aggie Village.We really enjoyed our time there. We would stay again if the oppprtunity presented itself .

Very quiet neighborhood

The home was very clean, cool, and spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe area. The host responded quickly with may questions or comments I had. The Welcome basket they left out for us was very sweet and supplied several different options of K Cups, Nice touch!

Pictures didn’t do it justice. Needed room & definitely had it. Perfect for all of us. LOVED the welcome sign!! Messaged the Host with questions & they always replied back in timely manner. Very friendly & I personally think they went out of their way to make us comfortable & it’s the little things that I appreciated. Would definitely stay again if out in College Station area!

Excellent choice in Aggieland

Our 11 person family ages 88 - 2 had a wonderful weekend at Aggie Village. One detail to correct from the listing- it’s not 4 bathrooms.. It’s 3 bathrooms with one of the 3 being a jack and Jill bath (private sinks w/ shared shower/toilet between) There are 3 toilets total. The house was extremely clean and decorated so cute. Awesome location near A&M, HEB, Texas Ave, etc. We cooked a big dinner and a big breakfast and the kitchen doesn’t have much in the way of pots/pans/bowls/etc. If you’re planning to cook a lot, bring your own stuff. The master and 2 bedrooms in the original part of the house have a thermostat and then the 2 rooms with the jack and Jill bath have a separate thermostat. This was so awesome since the grandparents all like it warmer than the kids and grandkids. I’d definitely stay here again because the floor plan was great for our crew and again- super clean.

Beautiful house that matches the photos and description. Seamless check in process. The kids loved the snacks the hosts provided. Overall a wonderful stay and the hosts are fast to respond for any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!
