We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s. The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in! The sheets were stained, and there were no bath towels to use. One of our rooms even had a broken AC and that needed an electrician to fix. While all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helped out, the property fell way below our expectations. I also felt utterly mislead by the property listing - the pictures were from a different property and not the one we were ultimately put up in. Very disappointed with this experience.
