Our 1,750 square foot 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom luxury home, located a mere 5 minute walk to Coeur d'Alene Resort and Marina. The home's location is central to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. From arts and culture, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and iconic lake views, this home is the perfect all-season North Idaho getaway.
Our home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with eating space in both the kitchen and dining room. The living room offers comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Next to the living room is a bedroom with French doors with a queen bed that is perfect for a children's playroom or bedroom. In addition, there are two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. There are multiple outdoor living spaces that offer filtered views of Lake Coeur d’Alene.

–Location– •This home's location provides ideal access to City Park which is ideal for the special events like the Iron Man competition, Art on The Green, Car d' Alene, shopping, restaurants, tasting rooms and easy access to I-90 and Hwy 95 for a day at Silver Mountain or Schweitzer Ski Resort, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.
–Good To Know– •There are two dedicated parking spaces available to guests in the front driveway. •The house is equipped with portable AC units for use during the summer months. •Please note: there is a caretaker that lives onsite in a separate upstairs unit. •No pets are allowed •Permit Number: 52332 •Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This house is advertised and priced as a Luxury Home and it definitely is not. It has old finishes, cracking paint and vintage bathrooms. It is better described as Shabby Chic. There was an entire office room pictured in the listing that you don't have access to because someone else lives upstairs and the furnishings are not what are pictured.
Pros: Location and outdoor seating areas. Front porch is awesome.
Cons:
1. Smells like an Antique Store - I had to go purchase Glade Plug-ins.
2. No Coffee - Coffee makers but no coffee. Even a Motel 6 provides coffee. Not a great way to spend the 1st morning.
3. Portable AC Units - the units are noisy. The one in the Master Bedroom is not even mounted properly and sits right next to the side of the bed which makes sleeping difficult with the noise.
4. 1 3/4 bathrooms - not 2. Neither showers is comfortable to use. 1 is a tiny stall and the water shoots out onto the floor if you aren't careful. The full bathroom had a shower caddy on it that had to be removed in order to get the shower to point downward and not shoot water directly at the back wall and onto the floor. Also, the shower has never been updated so even at 5'5" I had to crouch under it or remove the wand to wash my hair.
I will end on a positive note to say that the rental agency was responsive and offered me a small rebate for the inconveniences.
