I want to preface this review with the fact that Michelle was excellent in responding and trying to fix the situations that arose upon arrival.Unfortunately the listing did not tell the whole story when it came to the property. Between some structural issues, one being the door to the pool jamming about 1/4 of the way open and the wall behind it looking like it would rip off the wall if pulled any harder(a safety concern for our child)...as well as the smell, we could not get over the smell of plug-ins followed by the musty smell that took over after removing the plug-ins. We got about 5 hours of sleep, headaches and promptly left the following morning. 10 hours into what was supposed to be a 4 night stay. Like I previously stated Michelle was prompt in responding but by that point it was too late for us. Hopefully some of the issues we had will not continue for others deciding to stay at this property.
