Wonderful home from home

Location was supreme. Walking distance from restaurants and bars, around the corner from the beach. Pleasnt stay ,will let others know, you do get what is offered.

Great family time

We had a great stay at this vacation rental! The home was very spacious, clean, and just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach—perfect for our family getaway. It was well-equipped and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together.The only downside was a neighbor (which is a homeowner not part of the vacation rental) who wasn’t too pleased when we briefly pulled up the car around 9:30 PM to safely load up our young nieces and nephew after a family dinner. She was super rude and interrupted our goodbyes after not seeing them for over a year. It felt a little disappointing since we were just trying to avoid having the kids cross a busy road in the dark.Other than that, everything about the home and location was wonderful. We would definitely consider staying again!

Beach Retreat

The location was very nice being close to the beach with easy access it was nice to be able to travel and not have to bring a bunch of beach gear and towels with us as it was provided for the stay, the hammock is not functional Outback because it was missing screws, we had issues the first night of our stay with one of the bedroom floors leaking water out from under the floorboards this problem was not addressed while we were there and I'm still waiting for management to reach out to me regarding this, we had four guests trying to sleep out on the couch and chairs because we lost a bedroom from the wet floor..overall our stay was OK..

Great location

Sweet little spot just steps away from the ocean and the vibrant nightlife of Coco Beach. Plenty of space for everyone, 2 1/2 baths, great little outdoor area. Loved that beach chairs and towels were available, big fridge with ice maker. Knives, cutting boards and aluminum foil would be great additions, prepping food with steak knives was a bit tricky. Overall a great spot and would recommend.

Amazing service and location

Place was spacious and when we asked for a big pot to make lots of pasta, they showed up with a new pot at our door 15 minutes later! Service was amazing. The house does need some TLC; however, the location and the service and amount of space provided make up for the little things that might require attention.

Smelly house, lousy backyard in great location.

Pictures of yard inaccurate. There was no grass in yard. Only spongy weeds. Our dog wouldn’t even use the yard. It was fenced in. The house smelled badly of dog odor on the area rug and stairs and landing going upstairs. Riley the host did send someone out with a small carpet cleaner that helped but didn’t fix the problem. We checked out 1 week early due to the above mentioned. I asked for a partial refund and Riley failed to reply. I would not recommend staying here.
