This house on the Banana River offered so much more than the pictures showed. Very clean, nice updated open kitchen and wonderful views of the backyard and canal made for a very comfortable stay for us. Beds were good and having two living areas was a nice touch. Saw dolphins several times and two rocket launches from the backyard. Beach was a short walk away or a drive to several great beach options with free parking like Peacock Beach and Lori Wilson Park. Host Lauren went out of her way to respond quickly to our questions and requests. We could not have asked for a better vacation rental. I highly recommend Coconut Retreat.

Great Location

This house is super cute. Can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to Starbucks and a grocery store. We enjoyed the board games that were available too.

Location, Location, Location!

Walking distance to a great putt putt place , Ron Jon surf shop Starbucks, and the beach. The house was clean and well equipped for our family! Loved watching sunset off the dock with a gladd of wine!!

Highly recommended

Very clean house in good location in Cocoa Beach. Host was very response to any questions. House was prettier in person than shown in the pictures. Walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Saw dolphins and manatees swimming right by the dock in the backyard.

The house was lovely, the location excellent.Unfortunately, the Spectrum cable connection was out -- so no Internet, no TV, no phone landline. The property managers helped by calling repairmen in, but we ended up being forced to stay in the house waiting for them and showing them what was going on, as if we were the homeowners. For one of us, this was not entirely a vacation, and not having functioning Internet interfered with being able to handle necessary business. Fortunately, there were some nearby WiFi hotspots, such as the Starbucks around the corner.The property managers hinted that the owners might be inclined to give us a discount, but that has not materialized.One final point: while there were at least three or four corkscrews, there were no wineglasses. Indeed, the assortment of glassware was meager overall.That said, we would stay in the house again, now that the cable outage has been dealt with.
