Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap

The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

De que sirve ser suites y que cuente con estufa, microondas y refrigerador si no hay utensilios para cocinar? Me he hospedado en otros hoteles suites y cuenta con lo necesario para cocinar. Muy mala experiencia, tienen plaga de cucarachas en todas las habitaciones, es completamente insalubre esta situación, no se como tienen el permiso para operar, todo el hotel está infestado, llegamos a las 12 de la noche, nos asignaron la habitación 113, vimos 3 cucarachas pequeñas y pedimos cambio de habitación, nos dieron la 216 y vimos una cucaracha enorme muerta, total que fuimos a revisar la 320 y 316 y ambas con cucarachas, ya era muy tarde pedí el reembolso per como había reservado por expedía no me lo quisieron dar y no tuvimos más opción que tomar la 316 que era la que solo tenía 1 cucaracha, esto no corresponde a un hotel de esta categoría, da muy mala experiencia a los huéspedes, es asqueroso, nunca había estado en un hotel tan sucio y que me sintiera tan incómodo, por favor si pueden evitarse esa pésima experiencia háganlo y mejor váyanse al hotel one o el Zar que están a unos pasos de este hotel, les dejo fotos y video que tomé.
