We had to check out late, and the staff were very helpful and fast in responding messages! Perfect room with a lot of space and nice view. Note: We couldn’t find a hair dryer and the room only had one garbage bin/bag (these are not big problems during our stay, but worth noting).

Beautiful site with mountains and wildlife all around. Very helpful staff and quiet rooms. Room was modernized but needs a few touch ups. Only complaint is power kept going out and wifi was very spotty. But to be honest it’s a great trade off to being in the mountains! The restaurant on site had the most amazing smoked meat. Not a lot of variety, but what we ordered was very tasty.

The staff were terrific. The room was very good. The restaurant was delicious. The store was missing many things that campers and other visitors might need, especially diet sodas. The store had almost nothing with the name of the resort on as advertising and keepsakes. The WiFi internet was glitchy. It would cut out often.

Location is amazing, nestled walking distance down to abraham lake, mountains in view all around. Simple, rustic vibes in the hotel but clean and friendly staff. Parks and mini golf are dated but the kiddos didn't complain at all about it and enjoyed them regardless. They have improved the amenities since we last visited a couple years ago with the addition of their arcade game room! They gave us some tokens for the kiddos to play while we waited for our dinner which was a nice touch. We like to stay here annually for a family trip! We will come again

It was a great location and amazing for the price. Check in was easy. Views are amazing. The Reno’s that were done were really bad. Missing floor pieces. The room was clean but the bathroom around and behind the toilet had dirt/dust that looked like it had been there for months. Just not a deep clean. If they had that cleaned up I would have given it a 5 star

We booked one night at the end of May. The room was so cold that’s even cooler than outside. The heater in the room was not working so we ended up sleeping with our cloth on. The staff was off after 7:30 pm so no one was able to help us. Also the WiFi in our room is also very bad
