The property itself was amazing, with great views from every window. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable.The issue is the location. It was not disclosed that there are two gentlemen’s clubs within a couple of blocks. Riverbed Street is a dead end and appears to be a regular gathering spot for young adults. We were woken up every night by loud music, drinking, and partying outside.We called the police, but it was treated as a non-emergency. On the last night, around 4:00 AM, a fight broke out, and the police finally responded.It’s a shame, as the property itself is very nice. However, due to the location and ongoing disturbances, we did not feel comfortable walking to nearby venues. We hope the activity may have been related to spring break, but it significantly impacted our stay.
