This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!

We stayed at this house for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. There were 6 of us and we all fit in the house and were comfortable. The owners provided everything. We didn't have to run to store for any products and there was no shortage of household items. The view in the backyard is absolutely beautiful, even in winter, and we will definitely stay there again if we go back!

Better than described!

This home is absolutely spotless! Easy check in, great communication and wonderful experience. It has everything you would need and then some. There was four of us in town for a wedding and the peaceful setting here was beyond relaxing. The pics do not do this place justice. The homeowner truly cares about the home and the quality of your stay. We will definitely find Melva's Place next time we are needing a place to stay in this area.

Charming house in quiet neighborhood

We had a fabulous stay at Melva's place. The house is very clean and well furnished. Lots of nice little extras like soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, fire pit ready to go with firewood and fire starter, and a covered patio. As an added bonus, you can watch deer in the backyard while you eat your breakfast! We are a family of 6 and the house was large enough to be comfortable for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

This home worked perfectly to accommodate out of town guests visiting North Ridgeville for my daughter’s graduation party. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay.
