Location is awesome, and the neighbors are really nice. I wish the other reviews were there before I booked it. Exactly as they said. No dining table, no microwave, tiny refrigerator, only 2 window unit AC. Dishes and cups are not clean, and dishwasher is not working also stinks. Very messy yard with poison ivy everywhere. They definitely did too much photoshop on the pictures.

This could be a fairly nice place to stay if it was given more attention. The pool table featured in the photo takes the place of a dining area, so it's hard to eat in. There is no microwave and the refrigerator is too tiny to hold a medium pizza box of leftovers. Lamps don't work, the yard is a mess, there are no kitchen dishcloths or towels... I hope the owners have time and desire to make it nicer. The beds were comfortable, the towels large and plush, and the shower had good water pressure.

The only plus was the hot water and location. The house has bugs, it was dirty (grime on the end table, thick white dust on the floors, stains on walls etc), the couch, which was the only place to sit, has torn cushions and more bugs, neither the stove nor oven worked, there was no microwave, the fridge belonged in a dorm, the banister was broken, the air conditioner kept resetting to 75, and the yard was a mess. Spent most of our stay on the phone or emailing vbro. The issues were not fixed and no rebate given. Very disappointed.

Nice place, mediocre communication

Property was as listed and all went well. Received a lot of seemingly automated messages from the hosts, and am not sure they received all of ours due to lack of response. When we arrived at the property, the door was unlocked with the key in the door, and the lock box (for which we were given the code) was sitting wide open on the porch. Hosts never addressed whether or not this was intentional. A little spooky, but things went fine otherwise.
