This house is close to downtown Clarksville with the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with sheets, pillows, and blankets, including a walk-in closet. There is also a small dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The master bathroom has linens in the closet and a hair dryer. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and includes a full-size washer and dryer, including an iron and ironing board. There is also a half bathroom downstairs adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has a large television with WiFi access for streaming favorite shows, including a portable Bluetooth stereo with CD player, radio, and record player. The front porch is covered with rocking chairs. The backyard is fenced with a patio. Behind the back yard fence is a view of wooded trees. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets. One upstairs bedroom has a walk-in closet with a dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes, whereas the other bedroom has a traditional closet, including a dresser.
