Incredibly overpriced for what it is. Needs updating, smells like mold, Luke warm ac, and badly leaking shower head. Not worth the money. Book elsewhere.
Super friendly staff. Very clean facility. The room was clean with extra comfortable beds. The breakfast had numerous choices with all food being at proper temps. Property has an indoor pool, fitness room and business center. Would definitely recommend the stay.

Ray. the female employee, greeted us immediately upon our arrival with a glowing and genuine smile. The check in was super quick. The room was a good size. The beds were phenomenal! We both slept better than we have in a long time. Upon checkout, there was Ray again with her big smile. When we were driving by the window in the car, Ray gave us a double handed wave goodbye. That was a special touch and we will certainly stay in this hotel again!
I had a boat trailer and the lady trying to check people in just left the front desk to make sure I parked in the right place so the owner would not get mad at her. Then the next morning the lady setting out food was rude to my friend because he got coffee and a biscuit 10 minutes early. If you don’t want people to eat don’t set it out early.
This hotel is very nice and clean. I really liked the staff and how they greeted me when I came into the hotel
We were in town for a wedding, and the cable was off and on the entire weekend. We expected more because it was a Holiday Inn Express and the rate was $100 per night, but I would compare the look of the room and the service to that of a Days Inn (lower quality). We were walked in on by the cleaning service, the maintenance crew knocked on the door and called the room because they wanted to change the air conditioner while we were there, and we were called several times on the day of our departure before check out time to find out when we would be out of the room. Very unprofessional.

I was in Birmingham for the Magic City Classic which happened to be on the same weekend as a race at Talladega so all the hotels in and around Birmingham were sold out I had to go south of B ham to find this one. The hotel was just off the interstate. The hotel staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.
It would be nice to have a small lighted sign at the corner of U. S.Hwyway 31 and Bradberry Lane. Very difficult to see the Lane entrance at night.
